called in on spec and had a good meal of fish and chips - they say they re the best in Edinburgh, I doubt that, they were good, but not that good! Seating let the place down - not at all comfortable!

Really good boozer on the Grassmarket in the old city. Great selection of ales on offer. Worth a visit. Haven't eaten here but food being served looked good

Answer is no. This pub serves food all day and under hygiene laws dogs are not permitted on the premises unless its a guide dog.
