Several at our table fell for the Angus beef which was cooked as ordered, no problems there. Another ordered the fish pie and loved it. The wine list lets the restaurant down, like other places in Edinburgh the need to cover all regions from Argentina...More

Well, we had luck. We just went there, when they opened for dinnertime. Otherwise it seems a popular restaurant, so you may need reservation. We asked for seafood. It was very fresh, perfectly served, nothing to complain. But it was tasteless. But I can imagine,...More

What an amazing meal , a small restaurant but home cooked feel , steak was like butter , mussels were excellent and even requests to alter dishes were not a problem , definitely recommend and return on our next visit

I do not come here often but enjoy their food every single time. Love the atmosphere and friendly staff. My favourite is the garlic prawn which is the best I could found in Scotland. Highly recommended.

Visited for our anniversary, delicious meal with excellent and very friendly service. I like the relaxed and cosy atmosphere of this restaurant, it's not a big place but has great feel to it. Will definitely return.

clubs. The architecture along roads like George Street
helps give it a swank and formal feel: it’s a planned
