Visited for a quick lunch/afternoon snack. Service was quick and efficient. You pick size, type of bun (white/wheat), and toppings (haggis, sauces, stuffing, etc). Eat while you walk and it's delicious. Will definitely be going back.

Grabbed a bun on my way to the airport one time. It was pretty well priced, and nice and juicy. I'd definitely grab one again if I happen to pass by when I'm hungry.

After having climbed Artur's Seat we walked past this shop and tried the Oink sandwich + stuffing + BBQ sauce. Meat was tender and moist, stuffing excellent and the sauce a perfect addition. Well worth the money!

Just smashed another pork, haggis and chilli cheese sarni. Seriously thinking of living on these for the foreseeable future, why have anything else, why, why?

I am a huge pulled pork fan and have sample this dish around throughout the US. The version at Oink is as good as any I have ever had. The pork was extremely flavorful, tender and moist. The concept at Oink is quite simple -...More

Old Town
Few Edinburghers live in the Old Town, but its
labyrinth of dank alleys and steep streets suggests
this was not always the case. Today, it’s mostly
visitors, tartan-flavoured souvenir shops, and pipers
that you’ll find on its cobbled streets. This is the
place to get a feel for Auld Reekie (Old Smelly), as
the town was once nicknamed, and stroll the Royal
Mile, the thoroughfare that links the castle with the
