Mix up over booking and treated with rudeness and abruptness . No need. Will never be able to comment on food as no chance I’d book again. Beware, true colours of this place are grimmer

Lovely authentic Italian restaurant in the centre of Edinburgh. The prawn stater and pasta main was amazing. We all enjoyed the food and wine and the service we received was spot on. Would definitely go back.

Perhaps we ordered the wrong food. Tiny menu which was great - so you’d expect great food! We ordered pork Milanese which came with chips. It was very bland - fatty, we asked for lemon to season, it needed lots of salt and pepper. Side...salad was quite literally iceberg lettuce with oil and very pale chips. It wasn’t great! We asked for the dessert menu - nothing but ice creams or sorbets. A very underwhelming meal and menu. Service was excellent however.More

Just the best Italian food and such friendly service. We were there for dinner as a party of four to mark a special occasion and everyone agreed that it was really special. Thoroughly recommend.

This relatively small sized but interestingly decorated restaurant is well worth a visit. Italian food but 'of the land and of the sea' There is a modestly sized menu but enough choice for all our group of 6 The service is outstanding ,helpful, friendly ,efficient...and light hearted. Friendly efficient service and lovely food. We were well looked after, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

First of all the waiter was fantastic. It has a really laidback wibe, even with white tablecloths. We went here with the family, and we ate much of what was on the menu. Everything tastes really good, with high quality ingredients. Highly recommended.

Excellent Italian tucked away in Edinburgh and off the hub hub of the tourist track. Food was excellent as were the staff and the atmosphere. Would not hesitate to recommend and return to when visiting again.

Visited here recently and was extremely impressed. The lady who served us was so warm and friendly and made our evening great. The food was all delicious, particularly the bruschetta and the wine. Reasonably priced as well. Could not recommend enough!
