First time I've had Vietnamese food. Everything was perfect, from the delicate spring rolls to the tender pork 'Street Food' main course to the coconut ice cream served in half a coconut...and accompanied by excellent Vietnamese coffee. Recommended!

Small place, about 14 table seating 25 or so. Ordered pho, broth was good with a few slivers of chili peppers. Had the 6h with cooked beef and beef meatballs. Busy place with good pho.

West End
Prevailing winds meant that most cities that grew in
industrial Britain had their most desirable
neighbourhoods to the west – upwind of factory fumes.
Edinburgh was no exception, with its wealthiest
citizens settling in its West End and leaving behind
grand Georgian townhouses, private gardens and genteel
crescents. These backstreets remain as dignified and
sleepy as ever, and most of the action here lies along

Vietnam House opened in Edinburgh during 2011 and is Edinburgh's first Vietnamese restaurant. We focus upon providing deliciously healthy and authentically prepared Vietnamese food in an in informal environment that we hope you will enjoy. As a family run business, we care about your dining experience with us and will make your time with us enjoyable. We specialise in the Vietnamese national dish, Pho, which is a simple uncomplicated but tasty and nutritious noodle soup, that can be enjoyed all year round. We also offer other traditional Vietnamese dishes and cook with fresh local produce and authentically sourced spices to give you the "real" taste of Vietnam.
