Ok. This cannot be beat. The service, food manager was exceptional. I'm from New York and particular. This was outstanding. I would highly recommend GiGi as a waiter, Christian to make your drinks and Mike the excellent manager to make your evening beyond spectacular.

Food was incredible master chef cuisine beautiful to look at and a delight to eat. Staff were helpful knowledgeable and non intrusive. Soufflé starter like nothing I've eaten before amazing! Scallops and chorizo cooked to perfection. Would recommend for any occasion as great quality and...More

I took my son and his partner to The Honours for his birthday dinner and wished I had not as there are SO many other fabulous restaurants in Edinburgh. My overall impression was that this venue falls short of how it markets itself and is...More

Fantastic. Excellent wine selection (love having the 'carafe') size. Attentive service. The tagliatelle scallop starter was world-class. Loved the deconstructed bouillabaisse. My son thought his guinea fowl was one of the best things he ever ate, "especially the sauce." Really loved this restaurant!

Perfect service to back up the delicious food. A nice touch was to offer wine by the carafe which makes for easier sharing. Prices were high but so was the total quality of this restaurant

Spectacular food, great service and obviously a bit pricey but definitely worth it! I had wanted to go for a while and it didn't disappoint! Good selection on the menu for all courses! We went for our anniversary!

This place is sort of, well, - perfect. I did read one review which suggested it was just too upmarket for the normal definition of a brasserie, but my response to that was "what on earth would you expect a Martin Wishart brasserie to be...More

We went there to celebrate my god daughter's 40th birthday and a good time was had by all. The service was impeccable and the food excellent.

Our high expectations were not met. For the location and price this should have been much much better. Table booked for 845pm. Shown to bar as table not ready - seated at ,905pm. No apology. Took over 5 minutes to be served by a very...More

New Town
Suits and shopping bags rule the streets of New Town,
until after dark when strappy dresses come out to

with its smaller offices, clothes boutiques, and many
of the city’s flashiest restaurants and ritziest

helps give it a swank and formal feel: it’s a planned
Georgian development of regal townhouses, geometric
