Great little cafe with a wonderful staff and even had a gluten free option. The Coffee was terrific. Also very affordable.

Location was very convenient as I was staying at the Hilton right next-door. They have an amazing variety and I can tell you that everything looks good and everything I tried tasted wonderful. A definite must stop if in Edinburgh.
