We popped into this bar prior to visiting a local restaurant and were quite taken with it. The lounge bar has a series of what can best be described as serving hatches into the bar area but the staff are very attentive and we didn't have to repeat our order for the second round - the barman remembered it. This pub was really cool. Lots of unique and original woodworking on the bar and walls. The bar tenders were so nice and helpful and made us feel very welcome at their establishment.

Called in after a long day sightseeing in the city. Wasn't disappointed; this is a welcoming, traditional pub that takes you back a good few years. Wednesday seems to be live music night which was an absolute bonus. Friendly and helpful bar staff who explained all the local ales. Excellent stop off.

Popped into Leslie's after a visit to the local library. Sampled the local brew Leslie's ale. A bargain at £2.80 a pint before trying the heavier but also quaffable Speyside bitter. Was fortunate that it was folk night with what appeared to be regulars playing some gentle melodies in the corner sector of the bar. I like the way the... More

I came here on the afternoon of New Year's Eve before dinner just to start on our festivities, and I couldn't of asked for more polite and friendly barstaff. There was a lady and a man and they were both excellent and very welcoming. The bar itself is very old school and amazing! I prefer pubs like this which don't... More
