We found this place about 9pm on Wednesday evening, the place only had a couple of customers in and we thought we'd try it. Nice waiter serving us with a smile, plenty of garlic bread and olives for our starter. The meals we had were...More

Papavero was recommended by a friend. Went for lunch & was not disappointed. An authentic Italian restaurant. Food was fresh, hot & tasty. Service friendly & attentive. Lunch menu is excellent value-for-money. Overall very impressed & definitely recommend.

We had lunch here - the food was delicious - perfect authentic Italian cooking - recommend the BBQ pizza with chicken, pancetta and fresh red chilli - mouth watering. My partner enjoyed meaty spaghetti bolognaise. The banoffi pie was homemade and deliciious. Coffee was perfect too.
