Me and my partner have been to the Caley Sample Rooms 3 times in the past few months, first time for drinks only and following 2 for food and drinks. We have always been met by a very welcoming staff member and they have always...accommodated our seating requests (we like the booths). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is really lovely so definitely recommend. We will definitely be back soon :)More

We loved our experience because Neil is a great waiter. Also I like booze. The interior decoration is cool!

Have nipped in for a quick pint (not the cheapest, but good choices and well-kept) while looking after the grandson – he is normally asleep. Really friendly staff, helpful with the lad in the pram. Useful local. Always enjoy nipping in!

Lovely food in a relaxed atmosphere. The haggis bonbons were a firm favourite and the grill will challenge even the heartiest of diner….

Nipped in here to use some WiFi and have a coffee between meetings. I just ordered a filter coffee and sandwich, the sandwich was really tasty with a great fresh side salad for a good price. Whoever was looking after the kitchen that day takes...pride in their work even with small orders. Will be stopping in again for working refreshments (and WiFi).More

Despite living very local to the area for the past few months this was our first trip to the Caley and all we can say is it definitely won’t be our last. Service was quick, food was tasty and the drinks were great. The barman...on shift, Neil, was attentive and made the experience really pleasant, even going as far as accommodating our request of making us any drink he saw fit to what we usually fancy since we just couldn’t decide. Genuinely a really great establishment, following good covid measures and really made us excited to go back.More

I’m not sure how the staff are as a whole but there is one member of staff that is extremely rude, and has been on more than one occasion now. Because of this we left after 5 minutes and went elsewhere. Would avoid going again.

Me and my boyfriend went here to have a quick lunch. When we walked in, there was no staff on the floor so we sat ourselves on a table as it was very empty, eventually a guy came through to tell us we couldn't sit...there and was incredibly rude when we asked if they were doing food. He told us to sit at a table up the back that a family were leaving from and didn't sanitise it after they left as he had disappeared again. While we stood there he returned to take the order of another table and then disappeared. We waited another 10 minutes and never saw him again as we decided to leave. We knew the food would most likely be a long wait, never mind getting a drink.More
