Amazing place… EXCELLENT!

I visted this place with my partner and a couple of American friends and have to say my first rime as I usually stick to my usual same restaurant's and have to say from the moment of walking in the staff were exceptional in welcoming...you from entering the door till we left! The restaurant itself as well as the bar where you can sit and have a cocktail in this comfortable bar before being directed to your table. Once in the restaurant itself it was beautiful with a latge tree in the center of the room so romantic and knew from thete this was going to be an exceptional evening. The food was amazing along with sizes of portions served beautifully on the plate all 3 courses.and with this one can see why this restaurant is a Michelin Star rated restaurant right next to the Usher Hall. I am trying to be open and honest on my review and say if you have not been here to eat I really really recommend to go just experience this fine dinning restaurant. Never disappoints!

This was my 8th or 9th visit to Dine and as ever, it was fantastic. The food is beautifully presented and is delicious. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive, while not being intrusive. The restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere and is gorgeous to...look at. I will be back again as soon as I can.More

Excellent Lunch

We had a lovely lunch at Dine. The staff were attentive but not intrusive . The food was delicious and excellent value for the quality and presentation. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. A special mention to our server Barbara on her excellent customer service...skills .More

Wonderful service, delicious food, could not have asked for more! Staff were attentive yet respectful, the food was beautifully presented and tasty and the overall atmosphere was brilliant, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

went here again a few months ago, and didn't write a review at the time but I really should have. the meal was absolutely fantastic. we did arrive a bit early so managed to chill at the lounge area for a bit and get a...couple of cocktails which were not your bog standard and definitely to my liking.im not a big drinker but don't mind the occasional fancy cocktail. plus im a total lightweight and can't handle it. so I asked for something not too strong. the food itself was cooked to perfection as always. and I absolutely love the olives starter.used to hate olives swell but Dine has turned me. the staff were great, not overly attentive as some can be but allowed us to eat in peace and when they did come over it was at the right time. didn't get a pudding this time as was totally stuffed!! keep up the highest of standards and you'll always have us as (semi) regularsMore

Couldn't find a fault. Easy to book on line. Lovely place, music just the right volume. Great bar and staff. Food was excellent. Venison and Halibut mains. We did throw the boat about a bit with drinks, wine, starters etc as it was a special...birthday. But the menu is varied and you could spend less and still have a great night. Back in Edinburgh in December and the Dine will definitely be on our list to go to.More

I think this is a romantic restaurant. Food was delicious and restaurant beautiful. Staff amazing. Going back at end of month.
