I was completely blown away with the quality of food I was served. The Soufflé was light, flavoursome and fluffy. The Monkfish was the best fish dish I have ever tasted, the flavours complimented each other so well. What a fabulous dining experience! Staff were brilliant and I couldn't fault anything. I hope to return soon.

Lunch menu was fabulous. Table with a beautiful view of the beach and the iconic Royal and Ancient. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good value and really tasty.

Visited with a couple of friends for the tasting menu with paired wines. The food was exceptional, as were the matched wines. The sommelier/restaurant manager was very knowledgeable and we were extremely well looked after. Two tiny downsides. We had a great table in the bay window looking over the 18th towards the R&A building, but it was a little... More

Visiting from the US, friend took me here to see the local cuisine. NEVER have I had a better prosciutto sandwich in my life. Excellent service, employees very friendly and relatable. Will definitely be visiting again, as the sandwich was so good a seagull swooped down and snatched it out of my hands...

Food was superb with good menu choice available. Service we could not fault - friendly and informative. Ambience and views over the Old Course 18th fairway were experiences to savour.

This restaurant is located within the Rusack's Hotel in St Andrews. I would not normally look to a hotel restaurant for fine dining but it was recommended so we decided to give it a go. We opted for the Taster Menu at £100 per head inclusive of food and wines. Not cheap but turned out to be amazing. Each course... More

Great meal from the bay wind overlooking the Old Course. Service and food were both excellent with carefully explained menu and ingredients. All the staff were knowledgeable, with wine and food selections discussed with guests. Fun meal in lovely surroundings with relaxed but attentive staff.

I had dinner at Rocca Restaurant, which is located in the Rusacks Hotel, which a small group (5 of us in total). The service was mediocre, at best, the meal was average, and it was expensive (£50 per person for a starter and an entree with 1 beer). It took us an hour to get our first course and over... More

At Rocca St Andrews our recipe for success is a fusion of exquisite food with a backdrop of one of the world's most famous sporting locations - the Old Course. Like the many champions that have graced the hallowed course, we too top the leaderboard as one of only 25 restaurants in the country with three AA Rosettes in 2013 - a reward for the creativity and passion of the Rocca family. The stunning view over the 18th means guests enjoy much more than just a delicious meal. Our menu features Scottish cooking with an Italian twist. Fresh ingredients are sourced from artisan producers either on our doorstep or in Tuscany and there is something to suit every palate. With a real pedigree in both our front-of-house and in our kitchen, you can rest assured a visit to Rocca will live long in the memory. Come and visit us and let our passion for food become your passion for delicious dining.
