What a little gem. The food was fabulous and the service was second to none. The artichoke starter was a revelation. I didn’t know you could do so many things with an artichoke. We will be booking again soon!

Gorgeous meal, lovely staff and cosy atmosphere. Just enough interaction from the wait team and the food was incredible.
Fantastic food and most excellent service. Our second visit from Seattle Washington and we will be back for sure.
We had the soup, venison, hake, cod (table of 4). Food was great and we loved the atmosphere in the cozy restaurant. Excellent service too!
Our visit to Number 16 restaurant was our first, but is unlikely to be our last. Whilst the restaurant was busy, we were served promptly with drinks and left to peruse the menu without feeling rushed. The meal was delicious in every way, from the...beautiful presentation to the taste of all the food and our empty plates showed how much we enjoyed everything.More
This restaurant never fails to disappoint us. We’ve been coming for over 8 years and we still get excited as we know the food is going to be fabulous. Tonight was n9 exception - the 2 other tables were also raving about their food. Exceptional!...And the service was great too!More
Excellent food served by delightful, helpful attentive informed professional staff in clean comfortable surroundings.
So happy to have discovered this wonderful restaurant today in Glasgow. We ate duck leg terrine, cured salmon, venison ragu, pork belly & coconut parfait. Every dish perfectly balanced and totally delicious. This small, but perfectly formed restaurant, is a must visit! Bravo!
Simply great food and service. A lovely little restaurant. The combination of flavours on the plate are exceptional. We absolutely loved it.
We had an amazing lunch here. The food was amazing - the set menu is small but diverse. Everything we ate (including the arancini, the terrine, the fish and the venison ragu) was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. The puddings were to die for. Lob...in an incredibly caring team of staff and you have a winning combination. Truly excellent in every way.More
Having sampled some of No 16's pop-up tasting menus on the Isle of Arran, I was keen to try their Glasgow restaurant. I had dinner there with family and friends, and was not disappointed! We had the scallops and ravioli to start, followed by the...venison, hake and cod for mains. Superb flavours, beautifully presented. The waiting staff were excellent too. We didn't have dessert or coffee, but sat on finishing our wine (very pleasant house white). Although it was very busy and tables were turned around quickly, we weren't rushed to vacate our table. An excellent dining experience!More
Wow! I don’t often do expensive posh scran but holy moly this was to die for! I’ll deffo be saving up my pennies for a return visit. First time scranning crab and venison too! Delightful, what a treat I thought. Starters Myself - crab ravioli,...wowowoaaaa hate her that sauce is slaps so hard! Little sprinkle of some delicious glazey tommies really top this off! Perfection. Other half - Jerusalem artichoke, a beautifully presented number this one! I did manage to steal a little chunk (as you’ll find I did for all courses) and that was just pure sublime. Never had one of these before so nothing to compare but yeeeehooooo that felt good on my tongue. Mains Myself - Venison, this sh*t was gorgeoooouuuus. Of all the things on this plate the one that stood out the most was the blackberry! So amazingly sweet complimenting the rich meatiness, I was in heaven. And as everyone knows you can’t go wrong with tenderstem. Other half - hake and caviar (La-Dee-dah) best fish I’ve ever put into my mouth! Still unsure about what and how the old caviar should taste but I deffo enjoyed it!!! Dessert - Tripadvisor has cut off and I can’t see what I’m typing anymore so here goes, appooogies for typos, we weren’t planning on having a third course but thought hey! F**k it it’s my lovely partners bday! So we went the whole hog. I’m really struggling to see what I’m typing here so will keep it short! My lemon parfait had fennel ice cream oj my god that is the the best ice cream ever ever ver made!!!!!!!!More
Excellent food, service was outstanding for our lunch date. Looking forward to going back for a dinner there.
Wow! Creative menu that emphasizes numerous tasty flavors per bite. Superb presentation and individually cooked meals. We had the artichokes to start which were large, soft and incredible tasting. The steak was cooked to perfection with a delicate sauce. The fish dish was tender and...surrounded by minced vegetables and once again a superb sauce. True Michelin rated restaurant where great care was taken to make each ingredient create a synergistic eating experience. Than you Chefs.More
A great dining experience thanks to the friendly team and the first-rate cooking, this is among the very best in Glasgow. We had the ravioli and the beef tartare followed by the beef and venison. Everything was delicious and the flavours worked really well. Thanks...for another wonderful experience!More
