Booked for the family to attend the Football Festival event - 2 adults, 2 teens. It was our first visit, it was a miserable day so the roller shutter doors were closed which initially didn’t give it a good feel but once in we were in enjoyed it. Son bought two cool football tops, had a good browse then ordered food and drinks (free drinks for the adults which off-sets your £6 entrance fee). Very mixed group of all age ranges, some dogs there too. All staff were lovely, nice vibe and we’ll keep an eye on future events and come back on a nice summer day.

First visit to Dockyard Social and found it to be well organised. Check-in.. get tokens for drinks . Get drinks find somewhere to sit. Ordered from 2 food outlets Pizza B Goode and Fushion Pakora. Pizza was decent and good value at £8 The Pakora at £10 for 8 pieces didn't represent great vfm and wasn't that great !! Food arrived quickly and getting served at bar didn't take too long even though it was quite busy because they were showing Scotland v South Africa in the RWC. Will visit again to try some more of the food outlets!!

Delicious food and nice drinks with plenty of choice. We had food from Noi's cafe as well as bao buns and pizza, all were tasty and prices were reasonable. Service was really friendly, from being greeted on arrival to table service for drinks and fast service at the bars. Charley served us at the bar and really improved our experience.

They advertise tickets to buy at 4:40pm, we went in and half the stalls had stopped selling food. 10 minutes later, the ‘bouncer’ says we’re getting kicked out at 5:00pm because that’s the end of the time slot. Surely you’d stop selling tickets if there’s not adequate time to even eat? The place is a money-grabbing exercise. The one stall we had to rush to in 10 minutes, the food was cold, overpriced, and tasted below average. Staff are useless and couldn’t care less, don’t waste your time going.

Ron, Where to begin!? You bought a 2:30-5pm ticket at 4:40pm - it’s a bit like buying a cinema ticket, arriving 2hrs late then complaining that you only saw the credits…who’s at fault? I wouldn’t say the cinema, let’s please be honest. You were also advised on arrival that the 5pm slot was sold out and we’d need the table back for the next group of guests arriving, so no shocks there either. We would have happily refunded you there and then, so accusing us of money grabbing is a wee bitty far fetched :) Surely you’d realise while booking that 20mins isn’t enough time to choose your food/drinks, order and then consume them unless you were planning some sort of impromptu timed eating challenge? Yes, the traders normally reset their pods ready for next influx of hungry guests (who’ve booked from 5pm-7:30pm and will show up at 5pm) and can put a temporary stop on orders while they sort any required prep - this is as the majority of guests have been in the venue for a couple of hours and have already eaten. Anyways, I’ve rambled on long enough - I’m away to book a timeslot for ice skating, then turn up at the end of the slot and complain that I didn’t even have time to get my skates on 🙃 Ps our in house staff are fab, the independent traders are legends, maybe it was you who was the issue 🤷🏻

We've always loved going to Dockyard Social, the vibe in there is different from the rest of the places that offer street food in Scotland! From 8 food stalls to choose from that offer a wide array of dishes, they make sure that everyone is catered for. As we had a fussy eater in our family who was both vegan and coeliac, almost all traders had a dish for her, whether it be in the menu or made a dish especially for her. They not only went above and beyond to make sure that our fussy eater was well accommodated, they made sure the whole party was comfortable! The Dockyard Social is definitely a go-to place for everyone!

LOVE LOVE LOVE The Dockyard Social! It’s one of my absolute favourite places for food and yummy drinks in Glasgow! I’ve been quite a few times over the last year (since I moved to the city) and every time it’s a hit! I’ve even taken my family in there when they’ve been up to visit and they love it too! The staff and food vendors are always SO friendly and happy to help and besides from that the quality of the food and drinks is just unreal! I’ve never eaten anything in there I didn’t like! I read on their website once that they’re trying to bring “global comfort food” to the city and I’d say they’re doing just that! Smashing place, smashing service, smashing staff… keep at it Dockyard!

Went for some dinner and a few drinks but left early. Before going, expectations were set for a jazzed up warehouse, however I was not expecting the levels of uncleanliness to be so high. The toilets are absolutely disgusting. Although seating is casual long benches, there was food all over them and the floor beneath, I didn’t see anyone cleaning table for the whole time I was there. The food stands themselves aren’t clean either, the kitchens look disgusting and the staff within them either vaping or taking payment with the same gloves they prepared your food in. Food and hygiene could be doing with visiting the place in all honesty. And to top it off, the 6 quid you pay to get in you’re not even entitled to get a pint with the free “drinks token”, absolutely nonsense!

My wife and I love street food but this place is a joke. Having waited over 30 minutes for food we enquired and were told they had lost the order. When it did come it was cold and tasted like cheap freezer food. It went in the nearby bin. I then ordered a cocktail using the QR system and after 33 minutes went to the bar to find out where it was. My wife was told that the server had been to the table and there was no one there. This was despite the fact that one of us was at the table all the time. Avoid this place like the plague. Funniest on has such a great choice of restaurants so why waste your hard earned money in here. It gets it’s one star for being pet friendly - food and customer service are the worst ever.

We had our company away-day at Dockyard last week (an epic 15-hour event for 110 staff, with all three meals provided) and could not be happier with how it went! The incredibly accommodating and friendly staff (special shoutouts to Scott, Johnny and Tom!) couldn't have been more helpful and lovely, even after participating in the longest email chain I've ever been a part of, with endless questions about every little detail being answered promptly and followed through. One staff member said it was the best event we've ever thrown in her 12 years at the company and it was all thanks to all of Dockyard's employees. Thanks again for being absolute legends! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, the space was perfect. 100% would go back and would recommend to anyone - we promise not to send roughly a thousand emails beforehand next time!

Off the beaten track is this hidden gem. Wasn't sure what to expect but loved the relaxed atmosphere, not pretentious at all. Cocktails were great and a good price. We tried nearly all of the street food vendors, we like that you can try a bit of everything and most of the food is very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

Great idea to have a variety of different street foods, we tried 4 different vendors and each one was great tasting and fresh, although quite limited in their menu. Cocktails were great and lovely to have dog treats available with a tummy rub for the pup. There is an app to order drinks but it would be good if food could be ordered that way too, maybe it can and I was just useless. Whilst the theme is warehouse style, it could do with a couple of tweaks, napkins instead of a roll of kitchen towel would make it look that bit smarter. Worth a visit.

Hello Rebecca! Thank you very much for your review! Buzzed to hear you enjoyed our variety of Cocktails and the more important Dog Treats + Dog Tummy Tickles (Dogs are a very important facet to our offering at Dockyard Social). We reserve the right for customers to order via the Food Pods just so they can have a better look at the menus, talk to traders, see the food prep in action and really take in the Dockyard Experience - that being said, we'd be happy to accomodate requests for table service on a return visit! We've found through trial and error that kitchen roll works best when it comes to our utensils - plus we're less about formality and more about experience! Hope to see you again! Team Dockyard <3

I booked for the Encanto meet and greet with my two daughters, one of whom has allergies to dairy, eggs and nuts. I had to email the manager (Scott) about a ticket issue and mentioned my daughter's allergies so I knew whether or not to bring her own food with us. Well Scott was amazing and found out what she food she could have from the vendors and even asked the one with the best options to remove the nuts from the stall that day. He made a point of seeking us out and sorting my girls' food for them. It was the perfect combination of making her and her sister feel special and included whilst putting us at ease. All of the staff were polite and helpful and we had a great time. My husband and I had some fantastic food while the girls were busy singing and dancing. There are lots of food options which all looked delicious and a wide variety of drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) available. For us personally, the only slight down side were the dogs, which were all very well behaved, but meant my youngest couldn't relax as she is very wary of them. Not a problem for most people but worth a mention if your kids (or you) don't like dogs. We will definitely be back as it was a lovely way to spend a Sunday with family.

Fabulous food and service! Really easy to navigate the system and get the food and drinks you want. We had food from McFlys, Noi’s cafe, lucky cat bao bun and Gyro king, all really tasty and reasonably priced. The music was fantastic too. Will return when back in Glasgow.

First time visit to dockyard social, Food is amazing we had the yellow curry noodles and the asian wedges, Drinks nothing special don't do alot of cocktails and every shot I asked for they were out of stock. I asked for a kola kube shot and was informed out of stock which is fair enough. I was apalled however when I asked for tequila rose and informed out of stock however I can give you dead man's fingers strawberry and cream, I said thats great, Upon getting this shot I noticed tequila rose was £2'50 and dead man's fingers was 3'50 so I was charged a full pound more for you guys not having what I initially wanted and I was offered an alternative. Sort it out. Nothing special wouldn't go out my way to return, Also £6 for an apple pie that looked the way I received it. Very disappointed

Visited today for the first time, and don’t think it will be the last! We had a great afternoon, as a family with two kids 7 and 10 it’s well suited for a variety of age groups. Drinks and food were both tasty, staff super helpful, friendly and on the ball with serving or clearing up. The Mango cocktail was yum and our little lady loved Watermelon Daiquiri Mocktail. Thanks for a fab afternoon experience The Dockyard Social, I’m off to recommend to family and friends 🍹🍻
