Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Love it. Amazing food at lunch time and a night, lasagne unreal but only available at night 🤤 good selection of all different world food and really good quality too. Staff nice too and great selection of desserts and fruits as well.

Great wee place, excellent food, staff are nice and attentive and also the ambience is classy and relaxing. However, one thing that may diminish the experience for others is that there is no disabled access for those who need it.

We traveled from Perth just to visit the Marble Global buffet only to find we couldn't get in. There was myself my wife and her sister, and me and her sister are disabled and they have absolutely no disabled access. We were very disappointed. I...cannot believe in this day and age that a restaurant would not cater for the disabled community. I find that shocking and disgusting. So if you are in a wheelchair and can't do a steep flight of stairs then they don't want you there. My wife even went in and asked if there was another entry and they said no. So to the owners of Marble global buffet....SHAME ON YOU!More

It's a pretty run of the mill buffet. The food was tasty and mostly fresh. There is nothing to set it aside from the many many other buffets in the city. The language barrier between the staff and customers is pretty challenging though

Nowhere near as good as Cosmo Without even being seated the night was tarnished by the mute manager he gestured to his staff to charge the two 13 year old girls in our company same as a fully grown adult and I said at time...of dispute I will be posting a review of their dining experience as I do wherever I go. Upon arrival I usually go wash hands and check out the washroom facilities this was worst gents toilet I have ever experienced in any restaurant I have been in with toilet paper and litter all over the floor and an unflushed toilet. That should have been the sign to end the evening and dine elsewhere. Another warning sign should have been how many available seats there were on a Saturday evening 7:30pm. A quick inspection of the layout and food on offer nothing stood out as different and nothing looked new or different to other buffets. One thing that was very off putting were the bowls of different condiments and sauces that were running low but had residual fill lines dried and in need of cleaning. Staple Items that disappointed were king prawns that were not very king and lacked flavour. Chicken tikka looked very overcooked and lacked appeal. Chicken Chaat had an eat me today taste I will be off by tomorrow. Sushi looked ok but again rice lacked in flavour and veg were unusually hard. The green wasabi alternative sauce was unpleasant and almost looked radioactive. I tried a fish in some kind of soggy batter this was unfit for human consumption. Again on the quality on offer the sweet section was limited for choice and had nothing that stood out as special or different. I couldn’t help but notice how much food was being taken away by staff that customers had failed to eat and not because they were full from over indulgence. As I said at the start of this review if you have tried and tasted Cosmo you know what to expect elsewhere so let me save you the trouble stick to what you know expect the quality you have become accustomed to and avoid this place. In summary over priced lack in quality and has nothing to offer to make it a worthwhile candidate in the buffet market. No incentive to take kids for a treat as they have to pay full price regardless of age if they are over 150cm. Even with a free voucher for here we will never be back and won’t ever give up Cosmo as they have set the benchmark so high this place will never catch up.More

I have visited a few times as the boss likes it so I'm the taxi. Food is rather typical of buffets, e.g. the sauces are very much diluted to the point of being bland as hell and very runny, come on folks the prices you...charge at least have some consistency to the sauces. A few currys appear to have the same base sauce with god knows what added to differentiate them. I'm certainly not looking for a fine dinning experience but put a bit of professional pride into your cooking, you'll still turn a profit. Desserts are missing a key accompaniment, a jug of cream which would make a nice touch for minimal outlay. Stop penny pinching and up the ante.More

Have permanent skin damage and all but one staff member refused to acknowledge me and very rudely spoke to me with their heads turned away. Extremely uncomfortable experience and I would not recommend this to anyone. It is also very overpriced for what you get...and has a cramped basement atmosphere.More

Always happy with the food out of here always fresh tasty and exactly what you want. There’s plenty of options but at the same time not too many that the staff can’t keep up with the quality

Good food spoiled by rude staff. We have dined in this buffet restaurant on numerous occasions and really enjoy it but on my latest visit and introducing my two cousins to it the two Asian male members of staff were very rude. They came to...our table and told us we were over our time and gave us the bill without us asking for it. Anytime we've been in beforehand Thomas has looked after us but he must have been on his day off. We were discusted with the attitude of these men. It was 3pm and still people in there but not enough for them to be needing the table. We didn't get to finish our drinks and for the first time never left a tipMore

On the face if it this is a nice looking restaurant but it's just buffet in a basement. It's horribly overpriced and it feels like the staff can barely stand you. If you want to be ripped off - £50 - for a buffet for...2 in Glasgow this is your place.More

Eaten here several times. Mid range pricing. Very good range of food choices and drinks. Chinese, Indian, Sushi, Italian are the international choices with a wide choice of desserts. Personally I really like their lamb curry and hot and sour soup. Will happily return. One...drawback is going back up the steep entrance stairs after filling up with lunch!More

I took my 14 yr old daughter the other week, she had been asking a few times to try it, and we kept forgetting. Absolutely amazing choice of food, I didn't even try more than 25% and I didn't eat dishes that I would normally...get from a Chinese or Indian restaurant so that I could broaden my horizons. The venue was very clean, and bright which is always a good thing straight away, it was busy, but it was a Thursday evening about 6.30pm so as expected but not overly busy that you couldn't get around the serving area without any issues. Straight away as soon as we walked in the door, the young lady on the front desk was polite, engaging and very helpful. The table staff also very lovely as well. The choice was amazing and I don't think I have tried so many different bits of Sushi. Only downside that I would have liked to have seen is, I couldn't see any Saki on the drinks menu, from a personal point of view, I would have liked to have tried some Saki along with my Sushi. However I didn't ask the waiter if they had it and took the drinks menu as the only option. I didn't want to leave, and my wee girl absolutely loved her experience also. Drinks are reasonable priced for a city centre venue, the bottomless soft drinks help when you take young kids in. The draft lager was a really nice pint and its unusual both food and drinks taste as good. Hint- leave room for the choice of deserts and/or cocktails, I am not normally fussed about deserts, but I wish I could have tried more. I will be back, and trying to fit in dates that I can even if it is a solo lunch time visit. One final point- prices are on a rolling scale, so Friday and Saturday evening are slightly more expensive than the Wednesday or Thursday evening as you would expect. Value is still there if you do go at the weekends mind you.More

Hi James, I visited in October of 2021 and there were stairs to get down to the restaurant. I do not remember seeing a lift. Hope that helps.
