After moving to beautiful Scotland and exploring nearly every Glasgow's city corner, we decided that the world of patisserie in Glasgow is very little discovered. And so, the idea was born. After hard work, having the right skills and experience, we managed to open something unique and modern. SugarFall Patisserie is a modern family run cafe creating the highest quality artisan patisserie & coffee. Hi, I was let down by a cream tea provider when ordering a birthday surprise for my aunt. With 36 hours before preferred delivery, SugarFall agreed to not only produce their beautiful white chocolate cheesecake (Google it...totally droolable),, but to personalise the message to include her name. In addition they undertook to deliver it...for the princely sum of £1.99. The cream tea company (boo hiss) had wanted to charge £15 delivery. The cheesecake was delivered exactly when promised, apparently packaged in a big white box with pink ribbons. To say my aunt (85) loved it is an understatement. The fact it was delivered to her door just added to the pleasure this accommodating , creative, and efficient company helped me to give her. Thanks very much Sugarfall, I 'll aim to use you again before her next birthday!

We ordered the tea time in a box to be delivered as a surprise for my Aunt. We are in Canada so were not able to go in person. The teatime box is fantastic. She is over-the-moon delighted. Tea for two included 3 full size sandwiches, 6 scones (three different types), and today's pastry selection was 2 fruit tarts, brownies and cookies. All very generous portions. The boxes it came in were wrapped in a bow so it looked lovely inside and out. And we were able to send a message with it. Absolutely fabulous. My aunt says everything is delicious. Absolutely worth the money both because it is so delicious and beautiful but generous portions of each part of the tea selection. I will absolutely purchase this again and highly recommend it. They were very friendly and helpful, including the delivery person and made it easy to send from Canada . They were exceptional. You will be very happy if you order from them.

This little cafe deserves to be better known. I paid a lightning visit and was charmed by the simple yet refreshing decor. I had a quick coffee and a homemade classic brownie but would return to sample the panforte - this is the only cafe I have been to which actually serves this delicious treat. The menu is limited but I imagine it may grow in time. Porridge with berries is available for anyone wanting breakfast, and 'pressed sandwiches' are available for lunch or brunch. Homemade jams as well as gift bags of, for instance, Scottish tablet, mini shortbread, and figs dipped in chocolate are available to take away as gifts. I really liked it!

Thank you a lot for visiting us & your honest review! Our breakfast menu is very limited because of the issues with government which means we are operating as a shop primary than a Cafe. Our business is still very new and there is no any workers yet. Only two owners who are serving, baking all the pastries & desserts, preparing breakfast everyday without any days off which is very hard. Although, we will still try to expand our breakfast & brunch menu without breaching government’s terms. Thank you again! We hope to see you again in our shop soon!

Ordered Afternoon tea as a gift for a relative that was efficiently delivered. This was one of the few patisseries I could find that could deliver any day. Staff were extremely helpful and prompt in resolving an issue when ordering online. The relative in question was delighted with what was delivered and most importantly found it very tasty.

I was visiting the Glasgow city with friends and then we realized that next day is the birthday of one of us. So the rest of us decided to order cakes online so as to prepare a surprise for her. So I searched and find this cake shop. I contacted the shop through email and even though it was really late they did reply very quickly and answered all the questions and they also tell me what I can choose from the menu according to their preparation. And the next day I paid successfully through the link and the delivery was good on time as said.
The cakes and cookies were great!
At the beginning I was wondering if the cakes would be too sweet however it wasn't and I think each little cake has its own features. They have got the flavor that are unique and can make you sense the main ingredients.
I and my friends like the products very much and that really made the day.
Just go order!

Fantastic wee place with amazing cakes. A rare piece of chill in Byres Road with a stellar selection of drinks and treats. We were served by one of the owners who made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning to try more cakes!

Have used SugarFall twice, during lockdown ,to deliver an afternoon tea to friends as a gift for their individual birthdays.
Both were received extremely well.Delivery turned up, as promised,and the sandwiches and cakes looked great, were obviously freshly made and were extremely tasty.
There are a selection of choices for sandwich fillings and cakes, so the afternoon tea can be tailored to whom whoever it is going.
Would have no hesitation in recommending this as a treat and is ideal as a gift.

I placed an order for afternoon tea to be delivered to my sister and her family to brighten their day. The problem is that my suster has very specific food foibles (ridiculously fussy). Staff messaged me to check what she would/ wouldn't eat and prepared a feast fit for the fussiest of Queens. Sandwiches, 2 types of scones, cakes to die for. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for service, delivery and quality. Can't wait for kockdown to end so that I can visit in person.

While in lockdown I ordered the most beautifully presented and delicious cakes I have ever had. I ha bought them to cheer us up. I had a few questions about storing them and had a reply back with 15 minutes which is the best customer service. Also the delivery was at the time stated and the delivery driver observed the social distancing. I will be certainly be going to the shop when lockdown is over.

We bought iced coffees (delicious) this afternoon from SugarFall and I noticed there was a vegan cake option, which I hadn't been expecting at all, so I had to buy one! It was a Dark Chocolate and Raspberry cake and was unbelievably good, a real step up from your average cake experience. It was also a work of art to look at. We will definitely be going back for more, for a really special treat. The service was super friendly too. Thank you so much for creating a vegan cake, I hope you'll offer even more plant based options in future!

Ordered afternoon tea to thank some colleagues for their hard work and this service provided by SugarFall Patisserie is outstanding! The sandwiches were super fresh and delicious. The scones, cakes and fruit tarts were scrummylicious and look amazing! I will use this company again without hesitation. Great value for money and were extremely helpful!

Discovered this cafe/patisserie today. The decor is lovely and pink. The staff are friendly.
The cakes are amazing and they had a couple of gluten free ones for my hubby.
The cakes are to a very high standard on a par with anything I’ve had in a London hotel afternoon tea
I can highly recommend this place and will certainly be back.

I ordered afternoon tea for 12 people from Sugarfall for my daughters birthday last weekend - it was fantastic!
The sandwiches were like little clouds, the softest bread, and a perfect ratio of bread to filling.
We ordered scones, and left the other sweet treats for Sugarfall to choose. We had a beautiful carrot and honey cake which was as delicious as it looked - the detail on top was clever but simple. There was also a chocolate and hazelnut brownie cake, again ridiculously delicious. Both cakes were cut into perfectly equal slices. The scones (fruit and plain) were divine.
I didn’t spend much time in their shop as I was just picking up but great first impression, the staff were friendly and the place was immaculate.
The only thing I would say is the person who answers the phone doesn’t sound overly confident, to the extent that maybe you would worry about what you’re getting! But don’t let this put you off, what they produce looks and tastes out of this world, this is now my go to bakery.

We chose sugarfall to buy a larger cake for a family celebration & were so impressed by it. It wasn't advertised online but the team let us order a pistachio and cherry entremet cake. It was a beautiful cake, incredibly light and enjoyed by everyone who ate it. We will definitely be using sugarfall for birthday cakes in future.

We purchased a dozen treats for a family birthday and each and every one blew us away. Each cake was flawless in presentation and the flavours were just wow!! Far exceeded our expectations, the taste matched the perfect marriage of flavours. We’ve been fortunate to taste deserts in some of the big hitters in Europe and SugarFall had some of the best cakes we’ve ever eaten. Can’t wait to see what else they’re going deliver for we will most definitely be back. Exciting things mrs for them and Glasgow. Keep up the amazing work 🥰❤️
