Spotted a promotional offer for NYC on a voucher site. Ended up forgetting to apply for the voucher but thought we'd drop in for some lunch anyway and were glad we did. Well set out inside for the Bar/Restaurant mix so all good whether you...More

We had burgers which were excellent and cocktails which were tasty, quick and reasonably priced. Great atmosphere, great drink selection. The only let down are the toilets, which are cold and a bit dilapidated. Will be back!

Group booking for lunch and drinks. Burgers all lovely and prices good as well. Only downside was the lack of heat. Air con seemed to be on meaning we had to keep our jackets on until the bar filled up later in the day. Plus...More

Hi, Thank you for the great review of our food. Let me apologise for the lack of heat. I can assure you the air-con was not on. We had a malfunction with the heaters (second time this winter, unfortunately) which has now been fixed. Hopefully...More

Glasgow is currently saturated with Burgers places but NYC manages to have a pretty decent selection of Burgers and Hot dogs, All of which sounded great. We ordered 2 burgers and a hotdog between us and in all honesty the burger game is strong here....More

Visited here tonight based on reviews. It was fairly quiet when we 1st arrived although it was a Sunday. We ordered burgers which were all great and service was also good. I imagine this venue being buzzing on a Friday or Saturday.

Hi, Thank you for your great review. Sunday does tend to be one of our quieter days. The weekend, as you imagined, has a much better atmosphere and is much busier, as are most other evenings. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Went here with a friend and loved it. Very good value too! Especially for such a central location. Well worth a visit.

The food is delcious and the cocktails even better, the only downside is there are no deserts outwith their range of delicous milkshakes (alcoholic or non, you decide!) I would recommend the Notorious P.I.G and the whisky sours any day of the week...The staff are...More

This is a great bar, where the staff are friendly and it's in a good location for other bars and restaurants. Music is quiet enough so you can speak and you can often get a seat. We go every time we are in Glasgow.

Went at lunchtime. Had the 2 for 1 burger deal and the burgers were juicy and delicious. The skinny fries were not good. We had excellent Glasgow brewery West St. Mungos lager, it seemed they had good selection of bottled and draught beer. Service prompt...More

Hi Nyc, I was wondering if you have changed chefs? I come in a lot to eat the extensive menu you have on offer! I think it was about the time of the specials like the Wall Street crash and Tokyo twister specials that we had, those were truly epic burgers! I don't see things like that on your specials anymore it seems very basic! And some of the food we had two weeks ago just didnt seem the same as before! I'm not one to complain but it feels like you have new cooks and it's just going basic! Please if you can bring back the old specials and the good wholesome USA food I'd be much obliged! As far as the cocktails go I must say they are out of this world! The toilets could do with a coat of paint but I understand that it's meant to be the urban culture but having a female vagina on the wall was a wee bit much! But like I say sometimes you need to go out with the new and bring back the old things which made you amazing in terms of food! I hope I didn't offend you staff or business by this question Many thanks Jean
