How is The Corinthian Club rated?

I was at the Xmas party afternoon yesterday with 3 of my friends. The meal was lovely, service was good including the lovely barmaid who served us, DJ was great, there was a fab atmosphere and we all had an amazing time, however, the hall...was absolutely freezing!! Thankfully where we were sitting had a heater under our chair so it was heating our legs but we all had to keep our jackets on nearly all afternoon it was that cold! Would definitely do the party day again but please make sure you heat the hall up before people arrive as everyone was complaining, even the poor DJ had to keep his jacket and scarf on!More

Great Sunday lunch

Enjoyed a fabulous Sunday lunch with my husband. The food was delicious; the surroundings opulent and the service was excellent. Nicola, our server, was attentive but not at all intrusive - just the right balance. Will definitely be back. The one criticism is that it...was a bit cold in the grandeur of the dining room. The toilets, however, had very flattering lighting! Overall, a success!More

Terrible staff

Sat next to an air vent spouting cold air Sat with jacket on Wouldn’t re seat us even though table was free to left and right Rude staff Not served after 20 minutes either so just left Never be back

Afternoon yes

Went for afternoon with a friend, and it was lovely, I asked for a vegetarian which was not a problem, the food and the cocktails were lovely, or server was Chelsea, absolutely lovely girl who chatted with us, great service

Top customer service from Chelsea

Lovely afternoon tea- Chelsea was so helpful and when we had a slight wait due to a busy Saturday period she made sure we had the best experience possible, 10/10 service from Chelsea. We'll be back.

Afternoon Tea at the Corinthian

Bought my friend an afternoon tea ‘for two’ or so I thought but it turned out that you had to buy one per person which was not clear at all on the website (and also who goes for afternoon tea by there self?!). They have...now changed this to make it clearer that it’s a ‘per person’ charge. Took an hour and a half for the afternoon tea too arrive. You might be surprised with all this that I am rating the experience at 4 stars. The service from Chelsea was absolutely incredible. She was the nicest girl ever with lots of chat, very apologetic and was really trying to fight out corner. Because of her, we got the same amount of food as if I had bought 2 afternoon teas as she made sure we got this due to our wait and the confusion with the voucher. Chelsea was so funny, chatty, warm and friendly. Almost felt like inviting her to join us! The experience ended up a nice one with my friend due to Chelsea and the food and drinks were lovely.More

Great staff, food, ambience. What more do you want?

Quite simply a stunning location for dinner. Great ambience, fantastic staff (Chelsea in particular was lovely. If you're unsure of your choice of wine, we recommend her unique solution to choosing the ideal bottle!). The food is perfect. We chose from the evening special menu...and were delighted. Champagne afternoon tea

We hosted my friends hen do here with a champagne afternoon tea and then a cocktail making class. The staff couldn’t be any more helpful. Callum our amazing waiter was always at hand to help out, nothing was a bother to him, even asking if...we needed a hand with the decorations. Would definitely go back! The afternoon tea was plentiful and delicious!More
