It appears their customer service is worse than I previously thought as they've replied to my review on yours! Q
This is for harish s public relations manager, this incident is gaining other potential customer interest and it doesnt look good on your companys behalf that you asked myself the one who was victimised, to leave. You would rather keep the custom off two abusive old women than a young family who would have visited again and again. I have now taken to social media and will continue to share this experience with other potential customers until it is addressed. Everyone will be aware world buffet doesnt care for the wellbeing of a customer who had just gave birth, and thinks its acceptable that woman can be ridiculed and threatened, then ask the victim to leave. I look forward to hearing back from you and what you can offer to make this terribley unpleasurable experience much more pleasurable. Thanks once AGAIN hopefully you will see you handled it wrong.

Take up the invitation for lunch, sit down with the manager and make your case strongly, recounting the true facts of the incident. The management seem keen to find a solution to this type of problem which is all too frequent... More
This is a question for harish s the public relations manager, you say the offending women were sorry? Then why did your manager at the time allow them to be seated, whilst they were pointing at laughing at me? I was discriminated against in your restaurant for my appearance. And your company served these people over myself. Two 50 year old plus women, shouting swearing and physically threatening me, and your manager seated them while they laughed at me, but instead its the twenty year old with the baby that feel unsafe she had to leave. They women should have been asked to leave they ridiculed my face infront of over twenty people, have it had been a racial remark i imagine it would have been dealt with more seriously, but because its just some girl with tattoos and piercings your manager didnt want to know or have any involvenent which i find a complete shame in this day and age. So really do tell me when those women apologised to your manager cause the laughing and pointing i recieved when they entered your establishment doesnt scream im sorry? Really it should have been they women who got asked to go to your sauchiehall street restaurant not myself. You asked me what else you can do? Make me an offer! I loved world buffet but at this rate will never be back! Hope to hear back from you soon, Sarah Louise.
