Visited on a busy Saturday teatime. Ended up sitting in the family section somehow which had obviously had a lot of children in earlier as the floor was littered with debris! Service was a bit slow and the waiting staff were pretty stressed. One dropped one of my king prawns onto the floor and said she'd get another but it... More

We visited this place numerous times on visits to Wick. It's a typical Wetherspoons and although the vast majority of staff are fine our visit was spoiled by a rather rude female who told us off Big style for our 3 yr old grandson who wandered into the bar area when he spotted his uncle. At this time we were... More

Quite lively, lots of sports screen (rugby and formula one when we visited) cheap food and drink with loads of choice. Warm and friendly

Called here for lunch and the menu had lots of great vegetarian options. The food was nicely presented, tasty and good value for money. There were plenty of places to sit although the restuarant was busy. Nicely decorated and a nice atmosphere

I've has Haggis neeps and tatties in wetherspoons in a couple of English towns but this was different. The food was lovely and very hot which is unusual for wetherspoons as they usually use cold plates.

Glad to hear we are doing it better than our mates south of the border! Wouldn't like to hear that we got the national dish wrong! More

Called here on a wet and windy day for lunch, I had Gammon and Chips, the wife had a jacket potato and a pint of Guinness, presentation points zero but it tasted okay and the egg yolks were actually runny, a real bonus this day and age as we have lost count of the amount of eggs that have solid... Dinner on a Sunday night. The place was somewhat busy. Had to ask a server what is the procedure. Basically: sit anywhere you like, note the table number, go order and pay at the bar, pick up your drinks there, sit and the server brings the food. The food arrived quickly and was hot and tasty. The prices seem quite... More

A large pub in the centre of Wick serving the usual Wetherspoons fare, speedily served. Not conducive to spending a large amount of time there.
