Winner of best parlour in Scotland 2017/18 as voted by Italian awards. We serve our luxury Gelato with Hot Waffles, Donuts, Hot Nutella & Bueno Sauces and loads of toppings. When we saw on social media that Mieles were coming to our wee town nearly 30 miles away from their shop in Inverness we jumped at the chance to get some gelato as a lockdown cheer us up. Menus were posted the day before the visit which was great as it gave plenty time to make the difficult decisions on what flavours to try. We always ended up getting 2x 6 scoop freezer tubs. Then we tried their pop dots, doughnut middles if you like, sold, we'll be having those again! Ad we did. Every visit throughout lockdown 😁 Staff taking orders were lovely and delivery was bang on time. Excellent service and always greeted with a friendly smile which goes a long way especially in these troubled times. Thank you to David and the team for bringing your #gelatosmiles to us. Look forward to seeing you through with the trailer soon!

I have been a regular customer of Miele's for a while now. I keep coming back because the service is superb, the staff are polite, cheerful and helpful. The Gelato is amazing and the taste is superb. The baking is just brilliant and being able to get Authentic Italian pastries in Inverness is a real treat. Lastly having had the coffee today for the first time i can add that it is possibly the best I have had in town. The service and delivery the provided during the pandemic has just made things even better with people getting deliveries that have brightened folks days and kept a small local business thriving.

Weather was horrendous but the wife and kids insisted we needed ice cream.
I've never been a big fan of ice cream mainly due to my dairy intolerance and resigned myself to watching everyone else eat dessert.
Then the lovely member of staff informed me they had a choice of six dairy free options and got me to try the Raspberry sorbet.
WOW mind blown 😮😋
Made to feel very welcome, staff super friendly and so much choice thank you

A friend had suggested we visit on our trip to Inverness over the school break and I'm so happy we did.
The shop was bright well lit and an amazing display of gelato available.
The staff were friendly and polite and allowed us to sample a couple of the amazing flavours before we settled on what we wanted.
Very reasonably priced for such an amazing product.
100% recommend a visit if you are in inverness

My boyfriend and I recently visited here on our holiday to Inverness after a recommendation from a friend. Safe to say, we in turn will now be recommending this to any friends or family visiting Inverness! Centrally located and with a wealth of options (flavours (including a vegan option!), cones, toppings etc). The ice cream itself was delicious and didn't disappoint - smooth and creamy.

We visited as a family and the kids loved it. My son has dairy allergies and usually doesn't get much choice of flavours when we are out and I was amazed to find 6 different flavours of sorbet for him to choose from.
The service was excellent and super quick. 100% recommended a visit.

After reading the reviews I was really looking forward to visiting.
Sadly, I found the salted
caramel deeply disappointing, I’d say it tasted more of a cheap fudge, a complete waste of calories!
The cappuccino flavour was better, it had quite a nice flavour.
On the plus, the staff were very nice and welcoming.

Amazing place for ice cream! So many different flavours, fair prices... but best of all they catered brilliantly for someone with coeliac disease. Really ensuring no contamination and offering a gluten free come. Perfect. Thank you.

We had lovely ice creams from here. There was a great selection of ice cream. I would have preferred a waffle cone rather than the basic cone. They could improve by having sundaes, more toppings and sauces available.

What a lovely place! They had 20-30 super creative and delicious gelato flavors. My favorites were lemon and salted caramel, my husband loved the feraro roche chocolate and pistachio. We also found out that many restaurants serve Miele gelato so ask for it. The malt room bar has an amazing cocktail with chocolate orange gelato and whiskey. We visited daily because it was that good

I've been a Mieles fan for a few years now, originally visiting their original Lossiemouth shop for a Forerro Rocher gelato (the best I've ever tasted!). After lockdown, I couldn't visit any of the branches (they have Lossie, Aviemore and Inverness). I noticed they were doing deliveries to my area and was delighted to get some treats for my and my son. A visit to the highlands would not be complete without a Mieles!

Delicious gelato, as always but….you really need your change your freezer tubs, they are absolutely NOT fit for purpose!! The lids do not fit properly and therefore the gelato is not remotely insulated and leaks everywhere. Our gelato was almost completely melted between Inverness and Rosemarkie; please go back to the other tubs, which actually work🥲

Hi there,
Thanks for getting in touch, and for the feedback! Please please feel free to drop us a call or send us a message through any of our social media channels and we can rectify in future (but hopefully none.
You should of 100% been made aware they were new eco tubs and only last up to half an hour max before reaching a freezer. Unlike the old ones which were 1.5 hours.
Unfortunately we can no longer source them from the same company as there is now a ban introduced on single use products such as that.
So our hands were tied, we had to source another product which is more expensive but less effective and our team have been well versed about explaining to customers when they purchase one, we've also decided to hold the price despite the rise in cost. However with the really busy weekend of long awaited sunshine I believe it may have just slipped their mind to mention (which we can only apologise about)
There are still some companies out there selling off these products but we will only be able to source a couple of months worth and the prices are so hiked we would need to raise the prices on the freezer tubs considerably to do so. (Which would upset some others)
We were hoping by telling everyone as best as possible and being more eco friendly and sustainable along with freezing prices so to speak we were doing the right thing.
If it's always been great service and produce, please feel free to message us directly and we will go over and above to rectify as we hate letting anyone down.
TripAdvisor can be damaging to small businesses with a negative review for the future
We 100% take on board although we are totally stuck, sorry again.

The gelato flavors and toppings made this a stop on many visitors' list. (People walking the streets would ask one another where to find the ice cream they were eating!) The coffee was also very tasty. The line moved quickly, and overall it was a good value!

We go often to Miele’s and we like their ice cream. Not all the flavours are on our taste but this is a matter preferences. We tried today the hot chocolate for the first time, as we like the ice cream we said we can’t go wrong. The hot chocolate tasted as… milk, only milk… We were very disappointed.

Splendid ice cream parlour! friends recommended we skip dessert at a restaurant in favour of handmade ice cream. We thoroughly recommend this place. Excellent after dinner stroll & ice cream. Delicious!
