My husband and I had dinner here in Jan 1st. Most places were closed and we were happy to find this pub. Nice atmosphere, with people from all age group. We both had a gourmet burger and it was delicious. The craft beer was also very good. We spent less than £20 in total.

Ordered 2 sirloin steaks 8 oz 1 medium rare, 1 well done but what we received was possibly rump - looked like it had been cut in half and put on the griddle and forgotten about as it was charred - totally black and really tough and inedible. The only thing good on the plate was the mushroom and the... More

I ate here on 2 nights, Tuesday & Wednesday. The first night the pub was very busy and I didn't think the food was quite up to the usual Wetherspoons standard. Also everything seemed to be going wrong for them that night with most of the beers off etc. However, there were enough staff to serve customers quickly and they... More

Typical Wetherspoons fare. Good choice on the menu. We ate both nights here, four of us had some thing different each night and there was no complaints.

Popped in for lunch and was not disappointed, The KIng's Highway has the typical Weatherspoons décor and was very busy. I have found Weatherspoons pubs food to be of a usually good standard while not top of the range (which is to be expected for the prices charged, which are very reasonable). Plus to me one of the big points... More

Standard wetherspoon food always good and so good value for money! Ordered food after I'd missed the train home from work, asked the barmaid for a tennents shandy and was met with the reply "what's a shandy".... Surely that's a basic knowledge of bar work? Can't fault the food!

Was very busy when we visited and we had difficulty obtaining a child's menu. Food was good value, what you expect from a Wetherspoons.

Ate here twice during our three day visit to Inverness. Dining room was quiet, ordered at the bar and got our own coffee, as seems to be usual in Scottish pubs. I was impressed with portion size and food...definitely filling. Also, there was a place by the front window to charge our phones. The second morning we returned on our... More
