Booked ahead for a party of 9/10 for a late Sunday lunch. Great food served and a good stock of craft beers. Well looked after and accommodated by the staff. Highly recommended

Googled dog friendly pubs that served food near Perth and this came up with good reviews. It's 10 mins out of Perth, but worth it. Made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in, staff very friendly and helpful. Great variety on menu, both of us really pleased with what we ordered, I had the burger, which is made... More

Food was terrific, service superb. This is a hidden gem of a place. Can't speak highly enough of this place with the food being of terrific quality, no average pub grub here...and priced well.

We walked up from Perth along the cycle path for lunch.2 hours each way but very easy and lots of wild life to see along the river. Lots of Beaver tree felling action. A VERY warm welcome awaited us and our dog. The food is absolutely tasty. We had Haggis, neeps and tatties with a whisky sauce and Southern fried... More

I visited Pitcairngreen Inn with a group of friends for our festive lunch. We had previously visited and the server Sam remembered our names and our last visit which had been a few months before. I found Sam very friendly and she made us feel welcome. The group had various different dishes including steak and onion sandwiches and fish and... More

Great village Inn. Rustic, warm, welcoming and friendly. Service excellent. My wife had scampi and I had battered haddock. Only slight criticism is part of batter on my fish a little undercooked. Chips great - homemade in the skin - beautiful. And 'Tak' to the charming waitress. We will be back

We are regulars here and eat dinner at The inn every other week. There is nowhere better for a lunch or bar supper. Great pub with cosy restaurant area (real fire). The food is cooked fresh on the premises and there is nowhere near to match the quality and service.

We are regular visitors to the Pitcairngreen Inn because the food is delicious, plentiful and locally sourced and the beer is exceptional. An added bonus is that we can take the wonderfully behaved D the spaniel in with us so it is a home from home. In the cooler months a hearty wood fire blazes away in the grate, warming... More

Steeped in local history and set in the picturesque village of Pitcairngreen on the outskirts of Perth, the Pitcairngreen Inn, built as a coaching inn well over two hundred years ago, is still serving customers to this day.

Today, Pitcairngreen Inn is a small country pub offering more than your average country fayre. Our snug and lounge offers a daily menu of local, fresh and seasonal food using some of Perthshire finest produce, reputed to be the best in the UK. We use all local suppliers and this includes our real ales and extensive range of malts.

Owned by Nigel and Beverley Large, backed up by our excellent chef Calum, and bar staff Susie & Sam.
