My son and I visited Cafe Biba at 4.30 for a light early meal before an event at 5.30. We were greeted by a friendly girl who served us throughout our stay with a smile. The restaurant was very quiet and we were served quickly with ample portions of very tasty food. They do a wide range of food from... More

If you're looking for good food this is the place to go. Good variety. Soups are amazing. Would like, however, a bit more choice for vegetarians. That's my only complaint and even at that it's not a negative. Staff are amazing and you're made to feel welcome. Would highly recommend.

Had our lunch here on our recent trip to Perth. A busy cafe/restaurant with plenty of helpful staff. We enjoyed what we had and would recommend it for snacks

Visited for lunch today. Interior was very tired and worn. We ordered the soup which was OK but the coffee was terrible and undrinkable. The toilets were also very dirty which always makes me think twice about eating anywhere. Wish we had gone somewhere else.

Welcomed by a very pleasant man. Swift ordering and receiving. Very good baked potato with coronation chicken, brie and cranberry toastie and fruit scone with jam and cream. Excellent cappuccino. £21 for 3 diners. Not bad at all. Very peasant staff. Excellent visit

I often go here for breakfast at the weekends. It's a nice little friendly cafe and the food is tasty and well priced. Staff are always attentive and its really inexpensive. Would definitely recommend for breakfast.

On visiting Perth decided it was coffee time and after bypassing a few came across Cafe Biba Nice friendly welcome by true Scottish waitress and on reading the very varied menu coffee turned into lunch Highly recommend the mince and tatties and they knew exactly what a black Americano Coffee is. None of this size nonsense just good cups of... More

We stop here for lunch, but was a mistake, the inner room where we were was dusty, old furniture and a feeling of a too old and used place. Food tasteless.

Amazing. I come here all the time. Very nice good and family friendly. Clean and spotless. Better than most of the cafes near it so miss the others and come here.
