Called here for lunch after seeing it on Google Maps street view. The service was friendly and efficient. We all ordered sandwiches and a drink. The sandwiches were made with three slices of bread and were well filled and tasty. Being just off the A9 it is a convenient place to stop and recuperate from a long drive.

Great for a one night stop over I may be wrong but I suspect this hotel is mainly used by travellers stopping off for the night en route to somewhere else. At this level everything is fine. We were greeted on arrival and shown to our room which was a lot better than we expected. Very clean and providing everything... More

Have driven past this many times and stopped today for the first time. Quite a lot of snacks and food options, as well as bar drinks. Bacon rolls and tattie stones were very good as was the coffee. Snacks and full meal options. Nice clean interior and friendly family run service. Very convenient location just off the a9. Parking out... More

Had a lovely meal with homemade carrot soup which was delicious. For my main I had fajitas which were plentiful and again delicious. My husband had chicken stuffed with haggis which he really enjoyed. he had to help me with the fajitas as too good to leave. We would have loved to have a dessert but were too full. the... More

This hotel's mission statement is 'great service and remarkable value' and this is exactly what we received on our visit. The room we had was spacious with a lovely modern shower room and everything was spotlessly clean. We had dinner included in our package and the choice was great from fish to chicken to salads. Breakfast was also delicious and... More

Only stayed for one night en route further North. What a great wee find - just off the main road the Red Brolly was warm, welcoming and spotlessly clean. We ate in the restaurant and the food was great - fresh, well presented and very tasty. This has been a great find and we will definately stop here again.

Wasn't our first choice and was booked as our alternative was fully booked. So glad it was this hotel will now be our first point of call when booking in the Pitlochry area. Food was freshly served and excellent value for money, the room we had was freshly decorated to a very high standard and the bed wow very comfortable.... More

Just back from a one night stay at this little gem. When we pulled up outside my heart slightly sank as the signage is a bit unattractive. However the minute we walked in my sunken heart was lifted. We were welcomed so warmly and shown up to our room which was absolutely beautiful. This is a family run business and... More

Just needed an overnight stop with my two terriers. We were made most welcome ,even allowing the dogs to sit under the table as I dined. The rooms were clean and pleasant. Staff attentive and friendly, a good dinner and hearty breakfast. Would certainly stay again.
