Situated away from the centre of Ayr, this busy coffee shop is a perfect location for a quiet, quality coffee in pleasant surroundings. Coffees and teas (including specialist teas!) are professionally made and served by the pleasant and efficient staff, most of whom appear to be of the Italian family who own it. Although not in the centre, it is... More

My son and I enjoyed lunch at this delicious Italian cafe/restaurant on the way to Loch Lomond. The food was excellent -penne pasta for my son and four cheese ravioli for me. The coffee was of a very high quality. The gelato ice cream was a big hit. Outstanding service also from the friendly staff. Lots of locals eating here... More

I went here with a friend for tea and cake and would highly recommend. I had a choice of gluten free pancakes, scones or cakes and opted for a pancake and actually got 2 with butter and jam. Had a pot of tea and my friend had cappuccino which she said was lovely. I also looked at the menu and... More

Quite a nice wee coffee shop. They have a nice range of pellegrino drinks etc. Not a lot of hot food. Not an ideal location to meet for coffee, probably would go to costa at Heathfield / Town Centre instead. Although definitely handy that it's next to a chip shop and tesco.

The fact that this coffee shop is always busy tells its own story. Hadn't been in for a while but standard has not dropped Busy to give a buzz, excellent service and the Italian channel on TV was a challenge! Coffee of top quality but if you go, try the Aragostini Limone (imported I believe). Pastry and filling to die... More

Quattro Venti was recommended to me within the past year. I couldn't believe that a quality place had escaped my notice. After my first visit, I felt that I had been on holiday in Italia without ever leaving Ayr. Everything about Quattro Venti is perfecto. The Gran Milano coffee is as good as anything I have ever tasted. The decor,... More
