Lovely staff especially the manager

Now we have been to Gusti’s many many times before they expanded and never once did we have to send food back . Unfortunately on this occasion we did however it was dealt with well hence the 4 stars . It’s all about how it...is dealt with . We opted for the pre theatre meal and the main meals were good however 2 of the starters ( the meatballs) were cold ( very cold) and the mussels were in a watery sauce which made them not edible. the gamberoni which we got between 4 was delicious. the meatballs were replaced quickly however my girl decided not to get the mussels replaced. The mains were good however we had to ask twice for our second drink which took 15 minutes . The staff were really nice but it looks like they need more as it was very busy . It has been done up lovely however on this occasion it was not up to previous standards. i hope we were unlucky as they are lovely people and i hope they do wellMore

Fantastic staff and delicious Food.

My husband and I went here for dinner mid week from Ireland. Firstly staff especially the waitresses (Donna) was very nice and welcoming and had great knowledge of the menu. The first course was Mussels, large very tasty with a nice white wine sauce 😋...Spaghetti Bolognese was beautiful with rich tomato sauce and a hint of garlic and beverage of choice was a lovely bottle Albania wine (Red) All together it made for a lovely enjoyable night. Wee Gem

Excellent food. Great service. Great atmosphere. We would definitely come back! Donna and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. Risotto very tasty too!

Wonderful!!

Best veal Saltimbocca I've EVER tasted!! Wonderful meals all round and very friendly and attentive staff! We'll definitely be back!

A taste of Italy in Hamilton how privileged we are

Once again this establishment shone above the rest. The only place in Hamilton to experience the true taste of Italy. My wife & enjoy dining out at beautiful places when we can. But honestly the home made tomato soup, brought my pallet alive it was...incredible. The Steak Diane was... sorry no words can describe how tender, melt in your mouth succulent. I wanted more & that was served with a side of chips ., I had to have a sweet too. Home made Raspberry white chocolate cheesecake. Ohhh my God I felt like Oliver I wanted more . 10/10 Can't wait to back ❤More

Excellent

I had the mixed fish dish and it was so fresh and tasty and the presentation was amazing. The glass of white wine I had was very good indeed I will definitely be back

Amazing, friendly, delicious food

The food was beautiful. I had mussels in white wine sauce and they were massive. Perfectly cooked. The mussels were very tasty and very well seasoned. The chef Gary clearly knows why he is doing albeit he is very shy and wouldn't come and say...hello! For main I had the salmon limone. I don't like lemon (yes, don't laugh it says it in the title), however, asked for the salmon just in a white wine sauce with chips instead of potatoes and veg. Nothing was a problem for Donna who is an absolute legend of a manager. Very friendly and down to earth service. Haven't ever been in a place where I felt right at home before. She even came over with some lemoncello for the table. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Food 9/10 Service 12/10 Will definitely be back. Thank you all. Yous made my day and made me laugh so much!!More

Great Hamilton Restaurant

Fancied a meal out after a hard week at work⁷ and decided to pop in for the pre theatre. Enjoyed fab food and great service from our waitress Donna and will definitely be back.

Family night put

Dissapointing

have been previously and thought it was worth another visit. Table had dried food stuck to it menues dirty food tasteless presentaion of food slaped on the plate, Steak was a disgrace WONT BE BACK

How an Italian restaurant should be

My wife and I visited Hamilton in September and enjoyed our meal at Gusto D'Italia so much that went again when we revisited Hamilton with our daughter this week. The food was fabulous yet again and the service was brilliant. The staff are so friendly...and they always make you feel welcome. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for really good food in a great atmosphere.More

Great experience
