Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My friend and I went to Peter the Pieman in the Ennis farmers market on Friday and my friend wanted to buy a sausage roll. He didnt have enough so Peter the Pieman gave it to him for free. It was so kind and my friend gave me a bit and it was one of the best sausage rolls have ever had. I really recommend him if you are in Ennis on Friday.

While this isn't a big market, there is still plenty to choose from. The location is so handy with easy parking. The stall owners are all so friendly and knowledgeable. Can't walk passed Oss food for delicious gluten free treats or Inagh free range pork for farm fresh sausages and burgers. Loads more so worth a visit.

Every Friday morning this is a market worth visiting in the car park of the Roslevan Shopping Centre. Lots of local produce, organic vegetables and fruit, free range eggs, a variety of pies, local honey, free range pork, dexter beef, gluten free baking, traditional baking, garden plants, coffee and cakes. Great atmosphere. Stock up with the best of produce for the week ahead.

Good for plants and shrubs, also stalls with olives and cheeses etc. There are also a few clothes stalls around the market with cheap clothes. Grand for a browse and picking up some plants.

"You'll find it on the Tulla Road" at a shopping center (Roslevan) on the way out of town. It is, in fact, not located in the center of Ennis, but it is, in fact, still going on a Friday morning (until 2 PM) When we finally found it, we were pleased to find some good produce, as well as cakes and pies, and jams. No meat, although the butcher in the shopping center is quite good. Once they finish the pavillion they are building in the center of Ennis, I expect it will move back into town.

Ennis Farmers Market has relocated to the grounds of the Roslevan Shopping Centre while a new structure is being built in its original site. It is open every Friday with lots of local, vegetables, herbs, jams, cheese, eggs, pies, meat etc. The stall holders are a happy bunch and good to chat to. You can purchase healthy meals and treats for all the family. Visitors will find the taste of the Banner county hear and can stock up the boot or suitcase for the journey home.

Love visiting on Friday mornings, it is ideally located in the center of town and has a great variety of home grown products as well as home cooked food and cheeses. I believe plans are in place to cover the market in the near future, this will no doubt increase it popularity and increase its business.

it's a lovely farmer's market, great veg stalls and food stalls, it gets better all the time i go there, sometimes there's live music even. local producers running their own stalls, it's a legitimate market. the only thing i find about it, is it is hidden away at the top of the market area, a bit out of site. and a bit out of the centre of the shopping area. really worth going for the excellent produce and lovely friendly atmosphere and people.

Parking hard to find and expensive, fairly average fare but the olives purchased there are excellent best I've had right through Europe, even better than those in groves in southern France

We visited Ennis for banking, etc. The Pie Man at Ennis Market Oct 1, 2010 had delicious salmon & broccoli pie or goat cheese & veggie pie, among others. Though the pie man expected people to eat them heated up, they're fully cooked & made a great picnic lunch as is.
