Terrible coffee and service at this place- avoid at all costs. Staff very judgemental and unhelpful. Seems like they hate their lives. Only go here if you want to be depressed and drink bad coffee !

Coffee is great but the staffs are not friendly and accomodating. The 3 girl staffs only select who they want to serve first. I ordered and paid first, then there’s this new customer who arrived few minutes after me and he was served first. I...was standing in the waiting area for about 10 minutes long and the girl staff told me to sit in the table and she will just bring my order to me. 15 minutes later my order still not being made because she was busy chit chatting with the customers outside! Same as 2 girl staffs in the counter, they keep talking to each other instead of minding all the customers. Poor service! I regret visiting this place.More
Love the pastry and the great coffee. The decoration, cozy atmosphere and great waiters/waitresses make each occasion a delightful experience. They recognise regular customers and before that time, treat you like you are one of them.
Alchemy at Marina Market. The nicest Americano we have had in a long time - smooth, full of flavour and not a hint of bitterness. Our barista was quietly excellent (and very different from many baristas in haughty coffee shops, who can make customers feel...unworthy of the latte they serve) . Superb coffee and superb service- What more could coffee lovers ask for?More
We stopped for breakfast in this little cafe by Elizabeth Fort. It was delightful. Interesting, tasty food. Wonderful welcome from friendly staff to quirky little cafe. Sat in the sun outside. Great coffee and croissant, samosas and black pudding roll. Loved it!
A nice quaint coffee shop with a good atmosphere. The coffee was a little bitter for my taste. The staff were very pleasant.
is it cool to be rude? got a dirty glass - asked for a clean one and it arrived - minus water (which my initial glass was filled with).. +1 got their coffee and cake - i waited for mine - 15 mins later had...still not arrived.. asked about it and one staff member said it was on the way - (same male staff member who gave me a new empty glass), however the staff member I ordered from said she had forgotten it.. one member of staff in particular was v rude... a male.. but the cake made up for everything.. i really like this place.. been going there on/off for years... but a word of advice for management - staff - please have some manners - thanksMore
Dreadful din of loud rap music early Saturday morning. Staff sour and a 6oz take away flat white €3.40 ...................
I stopped here recently for coffee and a sausage roll , the coffee was bitter and i was charged €3.30 for a sausage roll which is too expensive even though it was tasty, this place is quite popular but there are in my opinion better...coffee shops near byMore
Went in with a group and was told we couldn’t sit there as there were too many of us. Ordered coffees together and left. They got the order wrong and refused to try and correct it without us paying extra for the mistake they made....Terrible and slow service by rude staff would not recommend.More
The shop is nothing like the pictures. Plus, worryingly the waitress discriminate on who they want to serve. Waited 10 minutes to get just a coffee, I was ignored. As soon as a Caucasian couple came into the shop, the waitress rushed to assistance. It...was disgusting.More
Amazing coffee and even better snacks and cakes! The vibes in here are great, and such a busy spot it can be hard to get a seat! Well worth the short walk up Barracks street. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to...help my boyfriend and I in deciding what to have, and they even accommodated our little dog with a water bowl. What a great find!More
Should start first staff member was very pleasant. Coffee great (3fe), cafe is quirky but good with books papers to read. All was good until met 2nd staff member who says "Tip" when I was walking out to her friend at the counter. Smart ass...remark cause I didn't leave a tip (paying contactless with no change). You've a great place going there dont ruin it with smart ass staff.More
This cafe is a lovely little stop on the way into the city centre and definitely worth the trip up the hill! Shauna, one of the waitresses, is the most pleasant person I've met and consistently goes out of her way to ensure her customers...have a fantastic experience.More
The coffee shop is furnished stylish, staff is friendly, coffee is good and the cake I’ve tried (‘Rocky Road’) was delicious. You can have a proper lunch here too and the prices are acceptable. The music was a little too loud and hectic for my...liking but that’s obviously just preference. Overall a good place, recommend it.More
