Small and very busy. I ordered a milk and dark chocolate with cardamom but the girl mistook it and gave me caramel instead which was way too sweet for me (I think because I didn't pronounce it clearly). My boyfriend had dark chocolate with cinnamon and orange with was very nice. The hazelnut an praline brownies was fabulous

Well worth finding, the coffee is also great and very reasonably priced! Nice and cosy and friendly service with a great selection of cakes, the macaroons are very moorish!!

Great coffee. Nice touch accompanied by a small selection of chocolate buttons. We also had a chocolate brownie and a chocolate tart which were lovely. At our first visit the staff were a little bit grumpy which was a shame but the second visit...coffee brought us back...not so much.

Came across this place by accident when in Cork recently. We decided to cut down a side street and came upon O'Conails. My wife loves hot chocolate but finds it hard to get a good one. Not here. The chocolate drink was just perfect, made with wonderful chocolate and served up by a really friendly person. They do it with... More

I love chocolate and visited Princes Street looking for a few treats for the evening at home. The guy behind the counter didn't even look up as I walked to the counter, he was to engrossed on his phone. There was a woman waiting for service as and she just threw her eyes up to heaven. She left after not... More

Had a Praline Milk Hot Chocolate. It was delicious. Also, the hot chocolate was actually HOT. Most places you go the hot chocolate is lukewarm temperature.. I don't know why this is? Little bit expensive for a hot chocolate but I would definitely go back again to try something different.

Can't beat it. The nicest cup you'll ever drink. Much nicer atmosphere than all the Starbuckses that are after popping up. Friendly staff.

Been here a few times and absolutely love the hot chocolate. Probably the best I had in Cork. Tried the milk + dark, dark and milk, white & dark. Love all flavours but milk, white & dark is just right in terms of sweetness and aroma. Free chocolate chips with each drink. High recommend to go with the brownies and... More

A nice cafe situated in busy side street in Cork. Very nice fresh chocolate cakes and espresso to wash it down. Overall, a nice treat and we look forward to coming back.
