Came in for a late dinner. (8:45) wings and pizza were pretty good. Staff (Jenny) were pleasant and attentive. Suddenly the music went off and they were collecting candles from the tables and dragging the tables in from outside. The real giveaway was dragging the bins from the kitchen through the restaurant. A couple of French guys on the table... More

Had a lovely greeting from the woman who sat us, unfortunately one of the seats was wet so we had to move ourselves. The waitress who took our order was quite rude. The food was bland, I ordered the ribs which were very tender but lacked flavour, my friend order the carbonara which was so bad she didn't eat most... More

We treated ourselves to an early-ish dinner just before Christmas having heard great things about Flanagans - it is always recommended to people by publicans who don't serve food as being the best in the area. Unfortunately it didn't quite live up to our expectations. The decor is nice but the booth seating is quite low and therefore a bit... More

I work in O Connell Street and have not been in Flanagans in years. I only dropped in before Christmas and will be a repeat regular. The breakfast is superb and seriously good value for Dublin's main street for tourists and locals alike. Piping hot and top quality. The serving staff very welcoming and accommodating as is the greeting staff.... More

Cold fries. Cold burger bread. It's as easy to get this sort of thing right as it is to mess up and leave a bad impression. Felt like I could have gotten something similar in McDonalds next door for half the price. Kids fish and chips was acceptable. Why can't there be more restaurant choice on the north side

Good afternoon, Declan I have to completely agree with you. It's as easy to get things right as it is not. I sincerely apologise. This should have been noted there and then and rectified. Actually it shouldn't have happened in the first place. I really would appreciate if you could drop me an email at aidan@flanagansdublin.com I would like to... More
