As a chef 17 years I have to say this is the best food I've ever had in years !!!! . The meat is unbelievable good . My wife and I had meat in the afternoon " all you can eat buffet" but they will just keep bringing the meat unless you say no 😄 . It's so good you just cannot stop ! .. the beef ribs are sensational it's like butter in your mouth. To any Irish people reading this you need to try this place you will not be disappointed. From the food to the staff it's amazing..

Pity to have missed the rodizio bbq

We went there by chance as finished with open day at Trinity college and decided to visit Grafton street and then find somewhere to eat before driving back to Cork. Checking out the menus of places off Grafton we came across BAH33 which advertises itself as an authentic Gaucho Bar. No booking and the front of house person asked if we were a la carte or bbq. Asked to explain what the difference was which was ignored and we were placed in the narrow enclosed passage in the arcade which was heated. We were given menus and after ordering then saw what the bbq was: a fantastic looking spread of salads and vegetables, and a team of servers bring meat and other grilled foods on a skewer to your table and slice it fresh from the grill (Rodizio style). What a pity to have missed that. The drinks menu was online and you had to scan a QR code. Staff were attentive. Our meal was: Frango, Vazio sandwich, smoked chicken sandwich and picanha dry aged rump. All were excellent - though my med rare picanha could have been a bit warmer. It is just a place that you will spend a bit of money. Shown as €€ - €€€!

I recently had dinner at BAH33º in Dublin, and I was seriously impressed by their amazing Gaucho BBQ. The buffet had so much to choose from, and the different meats were cooked just right, with loads of delicious flavors. Being on a keto diet, I loved how well this place suited my needs—it really hit the spot! BAH33º has definitely become one of my go-to places to eat in the city.

Shocking customer service

I visited the restaurant on February 26th around 5pm with some friends. Upon arrival, several staff members were standing around, and while we were asked if we wanted a table, the greeting was not particularly friendly. After being seated and given menus, a waiter asked if we would be choosing the Rodizio or A la carte menu. I informed him we would be ordering from the A la carte menu since several of us wanted steak. A few moments later, the waiter returned to inform us that if we were ordering from the A la carte menu, we would have to sit in the outside conservatory area. Shocked, I asked for an explanation, especially as the restaurant was empty, but he could only say it was the manager’s decision. I expressed my disbelief, stating that we had come for a special occasion and were being asked to sit outside like second-class guests. The waiter appeared embarrassed, but fulfilling what his manager had requested. Disgusted by the treatment, we decided to leave. I sent a email the following day, asking for an explanation as this experience ruined what should have been a celebratory meal at the end of our trip to Dublin. However, they couldn’t even take the time to reply to apologise. If this is how new customers are treated, I’m surprised the restaurant retains any business.

Horrible service!!

Bad service!! Yesterday we had a bad experience with the service, the food amazing, the environment is good, was a very special moment for us, and for the graduation party we choose this because of the recommendations, we were with 18 people family and friends coming from Brazil, the problem was at the end when a girl was impatient with us to leave, rolling her eyes and literally throwing the bill machine at the table!!! Very disrespectful and unprofessional! They also charged 12,50 per person for the tax!! This is something that we wasn’t expecting and wasn’t explained by the staffs,(the girl refused the explain) they said nothing at the emails or website about the tax per person!! So at the end the “rodízio” was 71 and not 59 as they sell at the social media and website! At least they didn’t explain how things work, had no staffs to welcome us! We all spent 2K for that horrible service.

No Customer Service Whatsoever, Food was horrible.

Horrible place, staff was extremely rude and incapable of their job. Very bad at communicating, Meat was disgusting, overcooked, dry, tasteless and chewy, completely inedible and in very small strips, they didn’t even tell us what we’re eating, payed over €120, having to leave early the atmosphere was so bad. As we were leaving the staff were talking **** about us in their own language, if you have alot of money to waste this is the place to go. STAY AWAY!

Good rotiz... for non-Brazilian

It's a good rotation. But it's not comparable to the rodizes we're used to in Brazil. The buffet is relatively small and there is no large variety of meats. There was no filé mignon or kafta. The picnic is good. And the few other options they offer are of quality. However, I do not think that is enough for the requested price. The dessert is good too. I mean... in terms of the quality of the food, it's a good establishment. It's only expensive and not so good if we compare it with Brazilian rods. Added to the above points, I will talk about the care. Overall... it's okay. There could be a better training to explain how the house works at the time of entry. A very negative point in relation to the service was only 1 of the waiters who served us. This, being younger, maybe more inexperienced and "no idea" became wanting to be funny for the married women at the table. There was a lack of professionalism. This boy came to call a woman from the group by the name (since no one introduced himself to him) and still took a while to serve because he was trying to ask questions or gossip before (since no one voluntarily sought to interact with him). I think the restaurant should have an internal conversation to inhibit this kind of attitude. After all, the establishment for offering an ok ride even deserves a visit, but not a re-visit. Now, if you're not used to roasting, probably your experience will be better than mine.

It’s grand . Staff were very friendly attentive and efficient . It’s a bit like a fancy buffet but not even that fancy . Ah look I don’t like giving bad review but I’ll tell it how it was . The meat that comes around to your table is delicious and you can have as much as you like so don’t fill up on the salad bar , but I just think it’s a tad over priced . There was two of us and with dinner we had 3 Coke zeros and two desserts afterwards and the bill was €140 . Other people might disagree with the value for money but I couldn’t get away from the somewhat canteen feel . I don’t come out saying anything was awful because I enjoyed all of it , the food and experience, I just wouldn’t go again .

Bad experience and bad management not worthy of your money!

Worst dining experience! I booked the restaurant for my partner’s birthday as a traditional ritual for us, we will try different restaurants on our birthdays! I made the booking on the phone, but when we came to the restaurant on the day, the front house woman couldn’t find our reservation for whatever the reason! She was not warm and welcoming, on the contrary she told us we are fully booked and I can’t find your booking! She was cold and unwelcoming, as if we did something wrong! Then she reported it to the duty manager, straightaway we had a table available and we were seated in the restaurant!l, we were told he was going to look after us along with his charming winks! Before we were able to open the menu and wine list, the manager brought out a bottle of wine to us the second we sat down, we thought it was something complimentary hence the mess up on the booking, As no restaurants ever did this before to us. I work with wines for over ten years, I noticed it was a bottle of Brunello, I said wow that’s a very expensive wine! Then he realized how much the wine was after I found it on the wine list (€90) and pointed it out to him! He then went to the bar brought out a different bottle it was around €48, the whole way through it he gave us the impression that he was giving us a bottle of wine on the house for the drama on the booking at the door. We ended up paying the full price on everything €290, not that we were looking for discounts or compensation or anything, we were happy to pay for whatever, but We felt we were misled and we were dominated on what we had to drink on the visit to the restaurant. If I had no knowledge about wines, we would have had to pay €90 for a bottle of wine from his ‘looking after’ in their restaurant! Very disappointing and frustrating experience with this restaurant and their staff, management! An unpleasant experience that we will never want to have!

Not worth it the money!!!

We booked online a week in advance of going, we had not been before but we’re recommended by friends. When we arrived they made up a table for us and we were sat in the corner of the dining hall. We ordered drinks and were given a brief rundown on how the bbq works. We went to the salad bar to get our salad and drinks arrived while we were gone, my order was incorrect but what ever… not that important The waiters kept passing us with the meats and after 20 mins I finally managed to call the supervisor over and she had forgotten to give us the meat token. I feel that because of making a complaint we were ignored for the rest of the evening. The couple beside us were getting plenty of meat and we were given scraps. I had to ask 4 times for water to be brought to the table. If I am paying €60.00 a head I expect exceptional service. Just not worth it!!

Delicious BBQ but gimmicky

Visited Bah 33 for my birthday haven seen all the fab Instagram images. The BBQ meat’s definitely lived up to the hype however the service was all over the place, we didn’t get served drinks for 30mins after arriving at the restaurant. There was a ladybird 🐞 in the salad leaves on the salad bar and when I pointed it out to one of the waiting staff she told her colleague who removed the ladybird with the leaf it was on and didn’t check the rest. The table did enjoy the theatrics of being served by the waiters but unfortunately we were charged for an extra person on our bill. Feels a little gimmicky to me,

Expensive and lacks atmosphere

We visited for a birthday and decided to go for the full “Rodizio” Gaucho barbecue experience. The first impression was: this looks like a canteen, with white ceilings and bright white lighting and the salad bar in the middle of the room. No points for atmosphere. The starters if can call them that were a few tiny pieces of polenta and a few chips but that didn't really bother us because we were there for the main event, the BBQ. Most of the meat was great, some pieces a little overdone to my taste. The staff, while friendly, didn't speak much and when they did they had heavy accents so half the time we had no idea what cut of meat we were eating. The salad bar had an odd mix of sides, with cheeses, salad, pickled veg, cooked veg, rice and even Irish stew. While most of it was nice we weren't sure Irish stew, blue cheese and tomato and mozzarella were part of the authentic Gaucho food. Starters may have been small, desserts were big portions, bigger than we had room for after all the meat. The creme brulee was very nice, my son wasn't too impressed with the chocolate mousse pretending to be a brownie. You get a strict 2 hour slot but half an hour before the end we were told it was last orders for dessert and coffee. Bar staff started cleaning with a good bit of noise so we felt we were almost pushed out. By then the music from Lemon and Duke next door was so loud we could barely hear the music inside our restaurant. The bill for dinner for 4 with a bottle of wine, desserts and a few other drinks came to €300 and I can't say it was worth it. €50 for the Rodizio BBQ doesn't include dessert and barely includes a starter so it's essentially the price of the main course.

Terrible experience. Our bagpacks were taken away from us, and we had to ask 3 staff members to get it back, as it looks like staff doesn't communicate and they clearly didn't know what we want. Food was far from great, dry pork ribs and not edible, striploin chewy. Looks like staff members really need training as we were given double sided discs to display and non of them followed their own rule, to not to disturb when red side of it is up. And please don't touch my drink when I still have it, at least 3 people touched my can with drink while I was eating. Basically I spent almost 60e to eat cheese and grapes. Avoid, the place, the only real Brazilian thing there is chaos.

Best anniversary celebration

The best Brazilian restaurant in Dublin, EXCELLENT service, INCREDIBLE environment, IMPECÁVEL service, waitress ALL extremely kind and polite, especially the Cleiton, I've been a few times especially for celebrations, super recommend to take your group there. The meats are a delight , varieties of salads , cheeses and colds . Drinks, desserts, all unsatisfied of there, has for all tastes.
