Ventured here for the first time on a Friday in December. First impression when walking through the door was lovely, the place seems very warm and cozy. We were quickly shown to our table, which although was nice and tucked away in the corner, we were beside 2 large groups. Christmas party season is starting so perhaps it's unavoidable at... More

A small group of us went here for Christmas dinner, the waiters were great and the food was amazing...and even when I send my steak back to cook a bit more (I did ask for medium, but it was too pinky for me, but I was the only one that did this out of 7people), nothing was a problem for... More

This steak really is second to none. As I understand the owner's brother is a butcher and supplies all the meat. I go back here any excuse I can, top notch steaks and service to boot.

The Darwin theme was a bit lost on us, we but enjoyed our meal. The lamb was a bit overcooked and grey versus medium rare as advertised, but still was tender and tasty. The rib eye on the bone was also cooked a bit more than ordered but was also very good. The potato and leek soup was very good... More

We had a meal in Darwins a few weeks ago. All the party came away feeling very satisfied. All the food was very good but the fillet steak was superb. Although we all had different cooking requirements each one was done to our satisfaction. Will certainly go there again

Probably the best steak in Dublin. Have been multiple times and have never been disappointed with any aspect. Would highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant for the very 1st time recently. The starter rilliette of duck was stunning and the T bone which followed was just as mouthwatering, the staff were very attentive smart and helpful, i was also lucky enough to met DELORES the proprietor who was a lovely lady who had time for a quick... We visited last night and were delighted. The restaurant wasn't packed but still had a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and very pleasant. Menu was well put together and delicious. We were a party of 3. Nothing to fault , I just cant believe we haven't come across this restaurant before. we will most definitely return. Many thanks for... More

The place was warm, cozy and beautyfull. The service was prompt friendly and professional. But the food topped it all. Entrée, main course or desert, it was all better then expected. I can not recommend this place enough! I had the beef as a man dish, a lovely dry aged strip loin that was cooked to perfection. All in all... More

A big group of us booked Darwin's, from the moment we walked in the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. We all ordered starters, main and a couple of desserts to share ...the portion sizes were large. The food was melt in your mouth. Possibly the best steak I've ever had. I had been recommended...
