Bar lady could greet friendlier. It needs to be less draughty. Part-baked baguette is naff. The vegetable soup was bloody delicious!! One of thr best soups I've ever tasted! Pleeeease use better quality bread

Popped by for the World Cup - packed, but we managed to find a quiet corner to watch the game, on one of its 7 screens. Guinness zero on tap available here.
Irish coffee was rubbish, cream from can, build. n wrong order... Wrong sugar and served on the side.
This is a nice clean place with beer and food, but it didn’t feel as cosy as some of the other pubs in the area to me. Still happy to have visited it.
My wife and I were shopping in the Jervis Centre and on a whim, decided to go into TP Smiths for a lunch time refreshment. It is a nice old fashioned pub and offered a good range of drinks. Prices were on par with other...town pubs. My only criticism is that the toilets are up a steep set of stairs and certainly not suitable for anyone with mobility issuesMore
In JP smiths again like every Sunday because the food is amazing Sunday roast with the best pepper sauce ever not gravy as every one would have .I love the the atmosphere here the staff give you such a fantastic welcome and work really hard...to make you feel special recommend this place to everyone .More
I reserved a table here for food and drinks for 10 people. Cannot fault the pub areas, the really friendly and accommodating staff or the quality of food and drink. The toilets are not good however and need urgent work. This is a common theme...across Dublin pubs however.More
Sat outside this pub for refreshments. The server was quite blunt, unfriendly. My husband could not drink his coffee as the milk was curdled and it tasted off. Cider and a coffee cost €10.20.
We went here for an evening family meal and a few pints and we couldn't have picked a better spot. Our choices ranged from nachos, noodles, prawns, burgers and all were delicious. Atmosphere was so relaxed and the staff so friendly that it resulted in...a great night. Will definitely be backMore
Went for food and drinks with friends and the atmosphere was great and staff friendly. However the Steak sandwich had no flavour and was not rare as requested but medium well. There is also no access to toilets on the ground level and no disable...toilets which did cause a problem and when asked the response was we've never needed one. So if your looking for a place which is inclusive for all this is not the place to go.More
A tad bit over-priced, but in all fairness, Dublin in general tends to be. Had to wait quite a while for the food to get to us despite the pub being practically empty. The food itself is alright, with plenty of traditional Irish dishes to...choose from, but don't expect the menu outside to match the options you'll be offered once you get inside. Overall, not a very negative experience or anything, but if you have the energy to walk around a bit and search for an alternative, do that.More
Very disappointed with the service, food and prices here, I understand it’s a city center pub but to charge €3 for a 330 ml can of warm flat Coca Cola is a joke, then our order was wrong and when it did come the fish...n chips where soggy and greasy. They will never get another euro from me!More
Had a few beers here watching a game with a mate. 6.50 a pint which is a bit rich. Staff are very friendly and polite except the Manager who will take your drinks off the table before they're even near finished. I won't be returning.
4 of us called in for a snack prior to going to the train. We had walked around the city for a while beforehand. Ordering potatoe skins thought it was not that hard. Requested onions to be added to them. Out came a dish of...onions. Others said they enjoyed the fish and chips. Which ended up all being haddock one ordered Cod.More
Title summs it up, the bar staff are good, saw them chatting to regulars and I was served within seconds of walking to the bar
