Our lunch here was not a lunch. It was an experience. We were warmly greeted and sat to enjoy a drink of champagne before heading into the dining room for our meal. The whole experience was a perfectly orchestrated one, with everything flowing flawlessly. From the timing of the bread delivery to the starter, and so on. You never waited... More

This is a treasured experience in fine dining not to be missed but make sure you know that lunch with well chosen options might et you back over €200 per head. So worth it if you're prepared... Redmonds Fine Foods supply this restaurant and that in itself speaks of quality. The sommelier was entertaining, the service not overtly over the... More

Lovely place staff lovely starters not too bad but my main course came out in. Bowl of red water with two tine pieces of tasteless fish. Bill of 365 won't be back. They offer you a glass of champagne as you look at the menu but they failed to tell you it cost 25 each. Won't be back

Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud is a wonderful experience. Very professional high end but friendly service. The food was exquisite. Each mouthful exploding with flavour. We really enjoyed the wines matching the cheese board highlighting the sommeliers expertise. Recommended as a treat for a very special occasion! Fine dining heaven.

beautiful decor, very relaxed atmosphere, impeccable service, friendly waiters. Patrick dropped by each table. the food was presented beautifully, and was cooked to perfection. wine is pricey but this the type of place you visit as a special treat, the pre desserts were so delicious - will definitely visit again as a treat worth the experience.

Went for a meal with my wife on Saturday night. Been here many times and it's always lovely, however, the food, which is normally wonderful, was a bit of a letdown tonight. I had the lobster ravioli to start, which was minuscule and almost cold, however, the Challans duck main course saved the day. My wife had to send back... More

Given the excellent reviews we decided to have lunch here and were we ever WOWed. This was a dining experience one encounters too few times in a lifetime! To say this was in our all time top 10 would be somewhat of an understatement and we have dined in many of the top establishments. The white glove service was professional,... More

Visited Patrick Guilbaud with family recently for a birthday lunch. From the moment of arrival I knew it was the perfect choice! We enjoyed a glass of champagne in a comfortable sitting area whilst perusing the menu before being shown to our table. The lunch set menu is quite limited; only 3 choices for starter, main and desert, however I... More
