We ate at Chapter One for dinner during our recent visit to Ireland while staying in Dublin. We selected Chapter One based on the outstanding TA rating and reviews which were consistent with our outstanding dining experience. First, this is one of the highest rated...More

On arrival we asked to go to bar for a pre-lunch drink, only to be told it was full and thus we were required to go to the table (despite the fact that there appeared to be ample standing room in the bar area). We...More

Lamb was tough which was disappointing. They gave us extra cheese for dessert to make up for it. Would have preferred a lean piece of lamb. 2nd and last visit.

Another successful lunch at this wonderful restaurant. The staff are wonderfully attentive and the food is second to none. Well deserving of its Michelin star. Difficult to say anything more. If you haven't been - GO!

Elegance in the setting, the service, the generously spaced tables and the exquisite food. Was very happy to return here and also happy to see not only people enjoying business lunches but also couples and friends. Its a place to relax and enjoy. Beautiful

We were away for thanksgiving so decided to dine somewhere special. The entire meal was really outstanding, but the standouts to me were the cauliflower, the grilled scallop lasagne, the halibut and the milk and honey dessert. The service was impeccable and it was altogether...More

The service is hands down 5 stars. Food wasn't too impressive. Yet again, we went for an affordable pre theater dinner. Maybe dinner is better.
