Delicious from start to finish. For starters, it was Castletownbere Crab Meat (€20). Main was John Stone Irish Beef Fillet (€42). Wines were a selection taken from the French & Italian lists.

Superb experience, Staff are exceptional, extremely attentive. The ambience, food, experience & attention to detail is first class. Well worth a visit.
I left this restaurant with a feeling that it could be even much better than it was. Don’t misunderstand me. The experience was good. Good food (in particular the starters), service was fine (although I found there were too many staff members at times not...really taking any initiatives). The wine list is on the expensive side and the affordable ones are so-so wines. Restaurant ambiance is fine. Again, it could be a greater experience with more work from the roomMore
Been here twice to confirm. Really special. Great for solo diner. Good table. Great service. Not rushed. Even asked when I wanted dessert brought. Food is perfect. Venison two ways with potatoes good enough to please an ex-pat (pad?) Irishman. Pricey but not in the...range you would be prepared to pay for quality of food, setting and service.More
We had dinner with a large group of friends last night and everything was fantastic about the experience. Food was excellent, service just right and a really lovely table. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Don’t miss the opportunity to try it out.
The staff throughout the restaurant were welcoming and so very professional. The food was superb and the way the service was done made it very special. This is fine dining at its very best and is a real night our
So disappointed with the food Went for 6 course tasting menu and it was very poor at almost €100 per person I expected better 1 starter was tasteless the other a soup was cool of the 2 mains one was venison it was so small...barely a taste to be had and for dessert 4 small pieces of cheese and a hard chocolate pie we booked here 6 months ago as a treat to ourselves and what a letdown restaurant was amazing staff where fantastic but the food probably because it was a tasting menu was lacking in anythingMore
We dropped in on a Saturday Night without a reservation, and they went well out of their way to accommodate us. We were very grateful - the food and service were outstanding. A week and a half later, our last night in Ireland, we decided...to go back, this time with a reservation, and this time, the food and service were even better. The restaurant is comfortable, quiet enough for conversation, with a great and diverse menu and an extensive wine list. It was easily our favorite restaurant of our two-week trip - and the competition wasn't trivial. Ireland, it turns out, has wonderful food.More
Pearl Brasserie is a very modern and luxurious place to eat. The food here was really special and I had a lot of fun looking at the dishes. Try the "Marinated Tuna, ponzu, navet, apple & wasabi sorbet" or the "Crab Meat, horseradish, avocado &...mandarin". They were both delicious.More
Welcoming service, beautiful setting, great service and wonderful food! Highly recommend for special birthday dinner/romantic couple dinner.
A surprise treat for me, dinner in Pearl Brasserie, well from the minute I arrived I knew it was a special place, tucked in the basement of Merrion street its a little gem. You are stepping into a little bit of France. Greeted and coats...our of the away we were escorted to a lovely alcove with beautiful subdued lighting, the stac=ff were so helpful and knowledgeable too ! We started withinMore
Amazing dining experience. From the second we walked in the door we were treated like special guests and family. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The food was the best we’d had in Dublin. Each item from starter, main, and to dessert was perfectly flavored...and cooked. Just delicious!!More
Pearl Brassiere far exceeded our expectations. Our server Kunal was delightful as were all of the staff. Our meal was exquisite. The flavour of my beef fillet was tender, flavourful and done to perfection. The colourful side of carrots had a lovely pesto accompaniment. The...celeriac gratin was divine. If you have high standards for a gourmet restaurant, try Pearl Brassiere next door to the Merrion Hotel. We are looking forward to returning to enjoy another selection from their menu!More
