Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This review is for the Connolly kiosk. I've queued three times in as many weeks with time to spare for my train. Every time the barista (same guy) serves with an incredibly slow indifference. All three times I had to abandon my morning coffee and...get head for the train. Its the worst level of service!! I only spotted an O'Briens coffee in the corner. I'll go there in future. Management would want to review this kiosk.More

Sitting down to enjoy the fresh first coffee of the morning. Rushed to my train, sat down, settled myself ready to enjoy the fresh brew.... mmm fresh black coffee I thought as I moved the cup towards my lips. What the hell? This isn't black...coffee...Alas it was a luke warm milky sh*t... Or it will be a sh*t when my lactose intolerance kicks in. I wouldn't mind if there was anyone else in the train station let alone queuing for coffee. Also the woman behind the counters hands were filthy, she handled the kid with her bare hands after counting out money.... A very high hygiene standard to match the listening skills it seemsMore

The T1 outlet does not seem to be listed elsewhere so I am following others who have written reviews under this listing. I was waiting for my wife to arrive, but they Southampton flight was delayed and I decided to have a snack in the...interim. I selected a Ham & Cheddar Panini and Cappuccino and must say that the that the Panini was total freshly made and no scrimping on the filling. Good value for airport food and I enjoyed it, likewise my coffee.More

I stopped here at 2am with a group of other passengers, the wait was longer than I have ever had at a coffee shop. There was a young girl doing her best while another one was faffing about checking the muffins of all things, and...checking stock. I saw at least 7 people leave the line in frustration so that was a loss of sales. As I sit here the other girl is now emptying the bin and clearing up and eventually looks like she is going to help. She needs a lesson in Hygiene she never washed her hands after clearing up and is now serving customers. This will be my last time here and anyone else I tell what a shambles. She seems great with the customers but I feel she should have helped out when there was a long line.More
