Desserts, cakes and coffee and teas are good too. Staff are friendly too. They seem to retain the same staff for long periods. So, it won't blow you away but... More

We decided to try this place after reading that's it's one of the best restaurants in Phibs. I can see many really like this place but we were very underwhelmed. We ventured in on a very cold day for lunch. Although it was a relief to be somewhere warm, most of the food was precooked and we were disappointed that... More

It was cold. I was early / had a half hour to kill and was hungry. Local office worker recommended this 'cosy' (warm) place for a good breakfast. She was right. Counter self serve. Pleasant and prompt staff. 2 sausages, 2 rashers, 2 fried eggs, home made hash brown, a black and a white pudding. Toast included. Less than €10.... More

I've heard a lot of good reviews about here. So when I decided to try it for breakfast I wasn't expecting to leave hungry. I ordered the pancakes and bacon. While the pancakes were more then generous (great sign) they were undercooked. They were still quiet doughy in the middle and difficult to cut. The bacon wasn't great either. Not... More
