We booked The Larder in advance of our trip based on the reviews and were not disappointed. The crab and crayfish starter was full of texture, flavour and balance. As a family we each had a different main course which matched the standard set by the starters - no one was at all envious of someone else's dish. Service was... More

Party of 5 and wanted an easy going pre-theatre dinner with a mixed menu. Not too expensive and close to the Olympia. The larder was perfect for us. 21 euro for two courses/25 for three. It has a good enough selection for most people, the usual suspects as what you would get from a gastro pub. Received a call earlier... More

We had the braised lambs shank and the lamb burger. They were great choices. tasty and well prepared and at a reasonable price. We also sampled their beer and found it very good as well.

A really good experience. The food was very good and very well presented. The atmosphere was intimate and friendly and the staff were most friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience and I would intend going back there again soon!

We ate here on our way to a musical event nearby. As there were time constraints we booked for 5.45 pm. The restaurant is not huge, but was almost full at that time of the evening. We were given the window table, which was fine except that the seats were armchairs and a bit low for my idea of comfortable... More

I recently visited Dublin and went here for dinner late one night. I had a superb ribeye steak and chips, very fast service. Just one issue with the Rioja tastes as though it had been open a bit too long. I'd eat there again when back in Dublin.

We ate here on a Sunday evening after walking miles around Dublin! The menu was great a few dishes which all sounded beautiful. We chose the early bird. 20 euros for 2 courses. We had crab with crayfish and a bread and dip platter. We then had salmon (special) and Cod. We had a beautiful bottle of red also. One... More

We found this quaint restaurant while looking for a place for dinner and found a gem. The service was amazing, the soup (mushroom and spinach) was delicious and they had a nice wine list. The menu was a little limited but the ambiance, service and wine made for a really nice evening. If you go early they have a early... More
