Had a great experience here , I ordered the salmon and my friend had the beef fillet, absolutely delicious! Everything was top notch and the staff were so friendly and attentive, the atmosphere in this restaurant is so warm and cosy and the location on...More

This was a return visit and so based on my last experience expectations were high. However I left somewhat deflated. The service and food were both good, but I found the menu didn't offer much choice and was unimaginative. The staff were friendly but "tired"...More

We 3 trawled a busy Galway for a restaurant after the Pro 13 match in the Sportsground. We tried this smallish inviting looking intimate venue and despite being clad for cold outdoors conditions, we were welcomed most warmly and offered a table upstairs in what...More

Enjoyed an evening of great quality food with a group of five friends, in a lovely setting in the centre of town. The restaurant is small, the menu excellent and service is really great.

Many places to choose from walking along Quay St. - this one was appealing and offered traditional lamb stew as well as more continental cuisine. Glad we picked it - a fine lunch with good wine by the glass.

The quality of the food was good but it wasn't anything special. The grilled sole risotto was rather tasteless as well as the fish and chips.

I chose this restaurant based on Tripadvisor's reviews and I honestly can't understand the number of positive comments that this place has. We went in and we were greeted by a man (I assume he was the owner) who was running around with a coat...More

My wife and I arrived here without a booking and got a table. There was a lovely waitress called Niamh who looked after us. We had crab claws (very good) and duck cakes(a little dry and tasteless) for starter. Main course we had lamb and...More

Looked interesting so decided to try, was warmly greeted & chose a counter at the window which turned out to be great as I could watch the activity on the street. It wasn't that busy (6:15 Wed) but people were also going upstairs. An excellent...More

Located in the heart of Galway city, Latin Quarter Wine Bar & Bistro offers good quality & affordable Irish food in casual & relax surroundings. Our chef Patrick carefully sources his ingredients to create classical bistro dishes with a modern Irish twist. Our wine list mostly consists of reasonably priced European wines and a few more upmarket houses.
