Always deliver, quality, professional but relaxed and welcoming. Food is sensational, my boys love the chocolate brownies and now have added the steak burger and very special tasting chips to their list. I asked to describe why it was so delicious, they just kept saying, its the taste. It's the sparkle of the glasses, the presentation of the food and... More

Just had a great meal tonight, 3 of us. Fantastic service from Maeve and the girls. Fish special was lemon sole was absolutely to die for. Chicken dish fantastic and the surf and turf was brill. We all had the prawn starters that tasted as good as it sounded.

Went here for Saturday lunch, it was surprisingly busy at 3pm. The steak was excellent, atmosphere was very nice and the service was a little bit slow, but then again it was quite busy. The only downside was the salt. For someone who doesn't use salt on their food, the chips were smothered in it which overpowered the taste of... More

In a city which is full of good quality restaurants, it is really hard to stand out from the crowd. Ignoring a rather iffy exterior I must say we were pleasantly surprised by the interior, good atmosphere, pleasant staff and quite extensive menu which seems to be divided at two price points, good idea! not overly expensive, mid price, will be... I went to foodworks with my friend recently for lunch, the menu is nicely put together and the prices are not unreasonable. It was all going well until we began to order. The friend I was with has to ask a lot of questions about food she is going to eat, she suffers from PKU (Phenylketonuria) which means that she... More

A friend and myself had a fantastic lunch last friday in foodworks. Mimi had a prawn dish and I had the mussels. Both excellent. We had a carafe of French wine which was spot on. We shared a lemon drizzle meringue and lovely coffee. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back.

This place looks simple on the outside but I was surprised when I walked into such a nice atmosphere. Great food. We went early, around 5, and beat the rush. By the time we left around 6:15 the place was packed. I would go again. Highly recommend the cod.
