Had not been to the Towers in many years but delighted to find the food was to the same high standard. Sadly the dozen children running around knocking over serving staff carrying meals did take the gloss off the visit. Staff not at fault as parents sitting nearby did nothing.

We had booked early in the day and asked for a window table as I am in a wheelchair at the moment and do not wish to sit in a main through way or in front of a door. When we arrived we were told they didn't have the table we requested. We should have left but it was 8:30... More

Party of seven - with mixed food tastes - ate April 11 2017. Friendly greeting, organised, busy, reasonably priced for setting and area.

Four of us ate in the towers yesterday. We were very hungry and not disappointed with the choices on the menu and the portion sizes. A nice list of specials too. The Thai red curry Wasn't anything too great.... both myself and my husband had it, we are big curry fans,.....this was average. A friend had the fish and chips-a... More

I like the Towers. There is always a welcome at the bar. The seating in the back part has great vistas and the place is warm and comfortable. They are now offering lunch for 10 euro and it is good value. I got roast beef with mash and veg. It was nice.. everything was well cooked and the vegetables weren't... More

Arrived for lunch today. Unfortunately no staff in evidence, waited for 5 minutes before leaving. Lunch menu to put it mildly was very basic and uninviting, much like the establishment itself. Another couple arrived just as we were leaving and must have experienced the same lack of attention as they turned up at the same alternative venue we had chosen.

Unfortunately the food is consistently poor. This time i will not return. Freezing cold apple crumble, swimming in water, really horrible. It shouldnt be difficult to get dessert right. Main meals tasting of overload butter. Disappointing time after time..

Went for dinner with my husband on Thursday night and I must say the food was so good. We both had the same food, the prawn special for start and the fish pie. Would rate both 5 stars! The waitresses were very friendly as well ordering us a taxi to go home with no problem! Will definitely visit again if... More
