This is our third stay at Castle Leslie, and on previous visits we have always enjoyed a drink from the great selection in Conor's before treating ourselves to dinner upstairs in Snaffles. This time we are staying a little longer so we took up the option of eating in Conor's as we had arrived hungry, at tea time... and boy... More

Excellent service and pretty much the hub of the lodge. We ate most lunches and dinners here. Great setting as well.

Great staff, good service and fabulous food. Excellent wine choice - if there is one criticism I think 11 euro for a very ordinary cocktail too expensive.

Food is reasonably good but the menu is limited. The seafood platter was enjoyable but I felt limited in what to choose. I don't like pies or sausages. The menu has a local theme but short and sweet.....

We were staying at Castle Leslie for a couple of nights and had dinner in Conor's on the first night. We were both disappointed that there weren't a couple of options for those of us who like to eat healthily. A delicious salad would have been far preferable to all the red meat on offer. However, the service was excellent... More

We ate one evening in Conor's..we both enjoyed what we ordered. Staff were friendly and it was nice relaxed atmosphere. The bar "end" was quirky, different little areas to choose from to sit.

We came here for lunch while staying in the estate. Great choice of menu and same warm and friendly welcome. My husband had fish and chips and I wanted something light so went for a sandwich - but this was huge! Both Served with side salad. €31 with drinks.

The sandwiches and especially the chicken wings were scrumptious. The atmosphere was also laid-back. The desserts were enjoyable but quite minuscule that I had to order 2. Special mention to the male wait staff with the chipped tooth who just happened to pass by but who still got me 2 slices of bread with sun dried tomatoes from Snaffles. I... More
