By far my favourite Indian restaurant in Waterford. Tasty but not atall greasy. Decor and atmosphere is very pleasant and sets a great scene of the Quay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food suits those who can tolerate spiciness but also those who need something a bit milder. Not overly expensive either.

I ordered the Jaipuri with chicken my wife had the Rogan Josh. excellent food full of flavour without being overpowering. Perfect size portions and one peshwari nan is enough for two. Staff are attentive without being annoying. Would recommend.

We didn't book but were squeezed in at the last minute and what a busy venue. Situated next to the Dooley Hotel this Waterfront restaurant serves a good choice of Indian food, my favourite Chicken Vindaloo was the best I have had in this part of the world. Service was great, food delivery direct to the table from the Chef... More

Have visited this restaurant on several occasions and find it to be the best there is. The staff are so friendly and professional. The food is fantastic and service is relaxed and welcoming. Looking forward to our next visit and would be prepared to travel just to enjoy another meal here.

We had a lovely meal in Cafe Goa and their pickle tray was probably the best we have ever had it was really fresh. As well as the normal staple dishes they also had some different ones. Big portions and very nice staff. Very enjoyable.

Have eaten here many times. The food is always excellent, and the service is very good. Little pricey for Asian food. But would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Waterford.

I visited this restaurant with a couple of friends quite late one evening, around 10pm-ish. Fortunately they were open and happy to serve us food. The dish I ordered was fabulous - my mouth is watering just remembering it. It was a lamb rogan josh (nothing too adventurous), - the lamb was very tender and great quality, while the sauce... More

Had dinner in this place last Friday. Meal was tasty and fresh. Reasonable value too. It's a small intimate restaurant with an open kitchen so the smells of the food were in the air. Yum.

This the was first visit I'd made to Café Goa in many moons (no particular reason why). It has rather cramped tables and was very busy (quite justifiably so IMO) but the food wasn't bad at all (and having ordered too much the leftovers were packaged up without question). My request for a salty lassi set them aback but I... More
