My 2nd time here, and both times a walk in and accommodate d with a nice welcome. Still a lovely place plenty of staff and a bit of a buzz. 3 course set menu 37€. The chefs starter platter 3 delicious mouthfuls with a expresso cup of soup was great. A really tender pork chop ( something you don't often... More

The wife and i went for lunch. 1st time there but we had heard from friends that the food was good! It was ok! The toulouse sausages were not as i remember but not too bad but the wifes chips, twice cooked as is the nouveau method were hard in the middle. The wine was good though. They also have... More

My wife , mother and I ate here last Thursday (3rd Feb 2017) at 5.30pm and we were not disappointed. Sean was the waiter for the meal and he was nothing but professional, friendly and very good at his job. Sean recommended a wine after we told him what type of red wine we liked and he got it spot... We have visited Greenacres many times and I just find the food so hit and miss. It can range from absolutely beautiful to very poor. I just don't understand how this can be. The shop is lovely and well worth a look around.

I had a very enjoyable lunch recently in this Restaurant.A wide ranging menu, reasonably priced.Attentive staff, nice and private areas/seats if needed for a business lunch. A tip for them, they should serve Latte in a glass with a handle as the glass I received it in was way too hot unless the latte was left cool down. Well worth a visit if... More

Had the pleasure of eating here last Saturday with my girlfriend. What stood out was the attentive gentleman of a waiter, whom I presume was the manager, who was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Staff were the perfect mix of attentive without being a nuisance. I had the steak, which was perfectly cooked to medium rare, with a beautiful pepper jus... More

As a whole, this is a lovely business. The shop is great and the wine selectipn is probably the best in wexflrd. The food in the restaurant is not bad. The burger is nice but the bun they use is a bit too flaky and falls apart. Took a long time for the food to come out

Wonderful elegant restaurant in Wexford. The food is delicious and beautifully presented with much of it local. Beautiful breads and the best wine selection in Ireland. Not great if you're a vegetarian as they only have one dish on option which never seems to change.

We went to Green Acres for the first time yesterday and both had fantastic starters and mains which were cooked to perfection. The waiting staff very friendly and helpful. My partner ordered a seafood thermidor but we didn't realise it had shellfish in it, however the waiting staff were incredibly nice and took it back and replaced it with another... More

This place is busy. We reserved for a lunch before Christmas. We had a nice chowder soup; my wife had a fish which she liked and I chose the braised lamb which was a good size meal and tender. It's a bit odd, and makes me feel I could have been deceived, to see steak listed at 22 euro with... More
