Superb pork roast dinners last Sunday. The huge range of interestingly prepared vegetables was a real highlight. Beer, as always, in top form. The landlord goes out of his way to provide new beers from all around the country. And we love the friendly atmosphere.

Arrived and found pub very busy but got a pleasant welcome ordered food for two didn't have to wait long about 15 minutes. Food arrived very pleasant waitress food nicely prepared thankyou
This is a proper pub, with a fine range of real ales, that are well kept. The food was very good, and we did not have to wait long to be served. Friendly staff The building could do with sprucing up however.
