Great country pub, food is amazing, well cooked, presented and very tasty. Varied menu, good selection for vegetarians. Large garden to sit and relax and let the children play. Great atmosphere couldn't fault a thing will be returning for more tasty food.

Pleasant and affordable. We were 4 adults looking for somewhere nice to have Sunday lunch and loved this place. The food and presentation was classy, not your usual churned out Sunday roast dinners. They all make a special effort, nothing was too much trouble and...More

We hadn't been here for a while, so decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary, just the two of us. It was lovely! We both had scallops in bacon for starter - delicious! I had faggots, and my wife had the beef stroganoff. Both were lovely

I'm sorry but we no longer have a child's playground although we do have a grassed beer garden to the side. We are just in the process of redeveloping the car park and the garden will be made over aswell. Steve
