We met up with friends we hadn't seen for ages and had a fantastic evening! We haven't been here for sometime, don't really know why , but tonight reminded us just what we were missing. The food was excellent and the ambiance lovely, very relaxed and warm. We were the last to leave and it was a wrench to go!... More

Been a while since we went to Harrogate but when we do we always eat hear. They never disappoint, great cooking, super ambiance and service to match! The early eater menu is superb value and many wines are available in glass, carif & bottle. A really good local independent restaurant.

We visited this place on Saturday, and this is the second time we have been there. It's a pleasant place, knowledgeable staff and good food.

This was our second visit and we were not disappointed. Lovely fresh fish and something for everyone on the menu. Good friendly service, too. I would rather dine out on quality food occasionally than pub grub every week and this fits the bill perfectly. Just a pity we don't live nearer.

Two of us were in Harrogate for an exhibition and we wanted some lunch. We came across LeD2 almost by accident....so glad we did. The food was excellent, surroundings spotless and the man who served us (I presume the owner),was friendly and efficient, in fact nothing was too much trouble. The ploughmans lunch was the best I have ever tasted.... More

I visit LED2 a few times a year, I would visit more often, but I'm not that well off. When I can justify the expense of 'going out', I choose LED2. I've enjoyed meals at Hotel du Vin and William and Vics et al. and I cant say I've had a bad meal anywhere in Harrogate to be honest. I... More

We loved this place: small, friendly, inviting. Food was fabulous, it's obvious the owners really care about everything.

Great food and wonderful ambience. Dom is a superb host, and there is a reason why this restaurant has been going for so many years now. I had the belly pork during my last visit and it was first class.
