Only basis for visiting was based on the decent Trip Advisor reviews - not disappointed. Everything works here - the atmosphere, the right kind of busy, the great service and, of course, the wonderful food.

Gluten free pasta was only penne, no spaghetti. But good portion. Lasagna, for my taste, was far too rich. They do not layer it with béchamel sauce therefore for me, something was missing. Staff very friendly. And took criticism well. Was not charged. Bit expensive imo.

Food was decent but felt the portions were not really big enough. Decor was very nice and staff were friendly. Felt it was a little bit over priced but not too expensive. Would like to come again but try the pizzas instead of pasta as we had a garlic bread and that was really good.

I was lucky enough to eat out at Gianni's with my partner. The service was excellent we had to wait to be seated as it was full, but they attended to us for 30 minutes with drinks and the waiter kept us informed of our wait time. We were shown to your table and offered bread to start- pre-starter and... More

This fantastic family run business never fails to please. Service is helpful and friendly but not intrusive. Whatever your tastes - from simple delicious pasta or pizza through to lovely specials (our favourite is the calves liver with pancetta) you'll not be disappointed. Great to see a local independent business more than surviving. Recommend without hesitation.

OK, I'll keep this brief......Lovely food in a modern restaurant, spoiled by unwelcoming arrogant miserable waiter (Gabriella?).

Booked a table online weeks before our trip to Harrogate to ensure we got a table, glad we had done as it was very busy. The food was lovely, service faultless and the restraunt was full, we would go back again if we are in Harrogate. Definitely would recommend...

Description
Located in the very centre of the upmarket Yorkshire town of Harrogate, Gianni's Brio offers an authentic slice of Italy with a splash of flair. Bright and spacious with a totally modern interior, complete with scarlet red walls and disco balls, Gianni's Brio is certainly not your typical trattoria giving it a wide appeal for diners young and old, couples, families and groups. An a la carte menu takes a grand tour of Italy, from city to coast, with an innovative approach to cookery which wouldnt be out of place in the most sophisticated restaurants of Rome or Venice. The relaxed, come-as-you-are attitude of Gianni's Brio coupled with its delicious cuisine makes it one of the towns most popular eateries.
